Okay, so I can be a little thick at times. I made a mistake on reading my Rx. Thankfully, I bought the insurance and Payne absolutely came through. Their customer service was nothing short of extraordinary: informative, appropriate, and spot on. They let me know when the glasses shipped, when they were remade, and when they shipped again. I would buy from them again... and again!
This was my second order with Payne, and it was even faster, better and cheaper than my first (which was on Black Friday 2021-so a tiny delay was not on them). My glasses look like something The Incredibles' Edna Mode would wear to party in: Big, Round, and with a gorgeous multilayered acetate in swirling greens. The little add on I got was a box of their multicolored silicone ear guards that I attached to 10 different shapes and types of glasses. These are the most useful glasses accessory for someone like me: hyper sensitive to glasses that are even a little tight, but constantly doing work bent over a sewing machine or other power tool that can injure glasses if they fall off. I'm definitely ordering more of these on my next order, as they do nothing to trigger headaches and completely eliminate the problem of dropped glasses I had because I must bend my glasses until they no longer grip my head.
