Ordered glasses for my daughter-in-law. We have ordered many pairs of glasses for my entire family that have been good. These glasses were not usable. When she put them on they distorted her vision greatly. They were done with the same prescription as the previous ones we ordered, however this pair was unusable. Tried several times to call, but was unable to talk to someone about them.

Initial pair of bifocal glasses arrived in a timely manner. However, the closeup portion of the lens was set so high as to make even walking around pretty much impossible. The lenses were remade with the closeup portion at about half the height of the initial pair. This works just fine. I appreciate the willingness of Anne in customer service to make this right.

I bought two different glasses. Returned "Glasses 1" for a different color and never received it back. I ordered a second pair soon after the first (which was the reason I think it got mixed up.) I tried to get a correct PD on Glasses 2 and sent back but was not satisfied with the final replacement pair. I had to throw it away.

Very unsatisfied with the help. No one ever understood my questions, or that I paid for 2 glasses and ended up with only 1 pair (that I threw away.)

Exactly what I expected, and I'm very satisfied. I while definitely be buying again in the future.

They have such a great variety at great prices and even when I ordered my progressive lenses, they were a great price to. And I got them super fast.

Do not like these glasses at all. I've ordered from Payne glasses before but this time it's really disappointing
