Bit sceptical in the beginning to purchase from this website as never heard of before. The prices looked very reasonable and clothes were nice. The order was delivered within 10 days as I am based in UK. The quality and sizing of product was as described so very pleased.
It was a Horrible experience! I have placed 2 orders and they never came in! Try to contact them and they would say we will contact you but they don't call and when they email they don't solve anything! They said my order was at the USPS because of wrong address and when i called the USPS they said there is no packages for me! So I disputed the charges and at the end they emailed me telling me we will refund! That's so funny because I was the one that refunded my money! Worst company ever! They promised to compensate me with the orders again and they didn't! They don't keep their words! Worst experience ever!
I ordered twice through the application: first everything was ok, except one pair of socks: I ordered a baby size, and it was good for my big son who has a foot size of 29-30!
I thought probably I made a mistake...
The second time I ordered 4 pair of shoes and all the 4 pairs arrived in different sizes, I don't even understand... (size 33 instead of 29 e.g.). On the application I tried to complain about it, but all 4 times it didn't get through... otherwise the products arrived in time and the quality is decent, too, but the sizes of the shoes are as if they would've sent them accidentally, no matter what I had ordered... very strange and disappointing.
Update: I sent them an e-mail and they replied really quickly offering either to give me vouchers or pay my money back. Their customer service was really quick and professional!:-)

Great customer service, timely shipping and awesome prices. They have the cutest clothes and shoes with good quality. Reyna was prompt to address my issues, im so glad I found this little jewel just in time for school!
Mary did a great job solving my problem! I asked for a refund for my package that has not got to me soon enough. I was able to get a full refund and I was told to keep the package if and when it gets to me. But what I have purchased before is very cute and true to size!
I buyed many clothes for my boy baby
There are varieties of collection and even cheaper compared to other sites.
Once my baby cloth size was small they exchanged the larger size without taking the item from us

PatPat has an amazing selection of clothing and their prices and not to expensive. You can shop there for your whole entire family. Their shipping and customer care department, are very friendly and responds back very quickly. I've ordered two to three times from them already. The quality of the clothes are great! I would recommend this website and app to everyone.
