I placed my first order recently, and my experience was seriously PERFECT!
First the delivery was super fast, the quality of the clothes is just WOW!
Unfortunately, the things I choose for my boyfriend and I were too big, but for the kids it was on point.
I contacted them to see the procedure to return the dress and the shirt, and IRISH's service was one of the best I ever had. She awnser all of my question, she didint keep me waiting for months. I recommend x100% and I will place an other order with them for sure.

Poebe had great and quick response customer service! I ordered wrong size, and they refunded me my money and didn't even make me return the items so I would have the hassel of paying for shipping and getting it in the mail. Patpat is amazing selection of kids and mom clothing you can pick from and their prices are awesome. Dresses are very cute and they are not too expensive. Customer service are excellent. They response quickly. Definitely i would recommend this patpat.

I brought a lovely dress they sent me a size smaller, it didn't fit so I emailed customer service they got to me straight away and refunded the full amount and let me keep the item! Thank you for a amazing experience.
