I received a couple of damaged products but the customer service agent KIM B was very proactive and effective in resolving all my concerns.

My first time order, I ordered at the beginning of June 5 items and was expected to recieve my items by mid June. However, days before my arrival date I was notified that I did not provide my suite number on my address therefore the delivery company was going to send my items back to sender ( patpat) I quickly emailed them and was assisted by customer service Reyna who re shipped my order with the suite number. I was please to receive my order before the end of June. It saved me the trouble of having to reorder and lose the discount codes I initially used as a first time user. I like the quality of my items as well, the materials all feel soft and seem durable. I cannot wait for my little one to wear them! Had I not been able to have them re-shipped I probably would not have continued with the company. But the customer service was very friendly, reassuring and everything was re-shipped quickly after my error. Thank you so much PatPat and to customer service team and Reyna!

I like patpat online services. My orders are so far very nice and the customer service representative CASSEYLENE is also responded back quickly with reasonable manner.

I love the clothes, they are very cute on my little girl, and I receive all the clothes and I don't have any issues with the shipping.

I am happy to share my positive Experience with patpat support.
I ordered some items to my daughter -4 months old- the items came well packed and the quality was superb but the clothes were larger than expected. I requested a return.
The support agent came back with a great offer. He offered a refund without the need to return the items. He issued a voucher with the same value of the items and told me that i can keep the large items. That is great as i can keep them till my daughter's size is bigger and fits the items while i can order new items that fit her now.

I originally bought 6 items, 3 mum dresses and 3 matching son shirts. The dresses, although the smallest size they had, were too big for me, I contacted customer support about returning them however they just offered me a voucher so I order a few more items for my son, the sizing is a little odd but all in all for the cost I'd order again
