It is my first time ordering from PatPat and I thoroughly impressed with this company. Their selection of unique items like dinosaur print for girls, and price range seemed too good to be true. When my items arrived in the mail, I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE QUALITY. And their customer service (particularly Susie B) was very helpful and EXCEPTIONAL. Will definitely shop here again and often. They've gained a loyal customer.

I had received my items and everything was great except my baby bag I had purchased, the zipper was broken. They emailed me back right away, I had sent them pictures and they told me to keep the defected one and they are sending me a new bag! Great customer service.
