Both positive and negative experience I had but overall GOOD experience. Lost my package after status said delivered And had to contact Usps for the tracking. I had to open a case under Usps and also continuously was in touch with patpat service team.

They were very quick to give response answered every question and took case seriously with utmost care and started redelivery process. But I again requested for refund as it wasn't already too late dealing with all the processes and I dint want to wait further. PATPat team was very kind enough to acknowledge my request and initiate the refund. Totally satisfied customer service and treated website.

I would totally encourage customers to buy here as they are reliable retailers.
