I absolutely love the quality of the clothing items. The site always has these "Flash Deals" where you can grab items for nearly nothing. They also sell matching outfits, which I personally adore! I will definitely be ordering some for my daughter and myself! When I had a problem with my order *Which was my fault, not PATPAT's* the customer service team were swift and prompt and respectable to help me resolve my issue!

I had a couple items that needed to be returned, and my email was answered quickly, the return was processed, and the whole ordeal was taken care of immediately. The customer service agent, Kuenzler, was extremely friendly and helpful.
Very grateful for the customer service. Even though the product didn't fit, (I did size up and it still didn't fit) instead of making me pay for return shipping, they just sent me the refund and said I could keep or gift the item. Most of their products are great and work great for what I'm looking for.

We received the package around 18 days after I ordered. When we opened it to see the fit and check the product, I found that the backside of couple of items ordered, were too low, that I will not prefer to have those kinds of outfits. Also one of the dress was smelling really bad, like dipped in a rotten fish or dried fish. On the whole not a good experience for the first time shopper with patpat. I will have to return couple of items now. Its a hassle, I have to go through now.
