I ordered the awesome-looking striped cardigan. It took almost 2 months to arrive due to "high demand back-order." I ordered an XXL. The way it's made won't even fit a 10-year-old girl. There is loose stitching and an entire panel is missing. The fabric is sheer and flimsy like a transparent piece of felt. Absolute junk and a waste of money

This is my first time shopping at patpat and it was a nice service provided. Will continue shopping with them.
I really enjoyed seeing the looks on the girls faces when they saw their outfits. The sweaters I got them were so soft and beautiful.
Ordered 3 "Elegant Solid Pleated Maxi Party Dresses" for my 3 girls. The dresses took 3 weeks to arrive, with great disappointment they are totally different to what they looked on the PatPat website. The inner layers just about hip length (or even shorter)leaving the dresses very see-through to be presented as ELEGANT. The lengths are uneven and way above ankle, too short to be described as MAXI. The sew lines are so rough and untidy.
When I asked for return and refund, they provided a LONG requirement lists, which, I have done accordingly. Waited, no reply. Tried login to my account and found it was deregistered and unable to get access to it.

I ordered a couple of outfits and I paid for 7 day shipping and I received my package about 13 days later. The clothing items are adorable like many high end Children's clothing lines but the quality is not the same as a line like Mini Boden. And the truth is, PatPat's items are discounted prices but still pretty high so you might as well shop with other clothing lines. You can pay $33 for a quality sweater on a Mini Boden, etc or a line like Wildflowers and Matilda Jane when it is on sale. The last two sites I mentioned arent neccessarily clothes made to last. They like PatPat clothing or sweaters are made for photo's or a one time use.
I have not washed the sweater which is SO adorable but I can tell it will come apart after washing it or have litttle lint balls on it. There are a couple of spots on the sweater unraveling already and it has not been worn. Mini Boden clothes last years if you wash them correctly.
Patpat is better than Wish.com which is almost a nightmare to buy from. Patpat gives you more of a qurantee of delivery and there is less of a hassle with Patpat than Wish.com
My daughter worn this shirt 1 time and I washed it now both sides are ripped or should I say never sewn together right ( as you can see in the picture)! They will not send me a new one or refund me because it been 1 month not within 14 days! So, it's my fault that they sell garbage! U shouldn't have to wear the stuff u purchase within 14 days! Very bad customer service! If they need my money that bad they can keep it!

Everything was exactly like in the pictures. Cotton is sotf and the drawings are original and super cute.
Placed an order and selected regular shipping. Received confirmation of my order in which it states that they have so many orders that there is a wait and to allow up to 30 business days for my order to arrive. This should be an announcement on their site so customers can make an educated decision on whether to order time sensitive goods.
I ordered clothes for my toddler for their upcoming school photos and these could potentially arrive far after the event is over. I have sent an email requesting that my order be cancelled.

I ordered a knitted sweater but received a creasing short thin T-shirt instead, the lenght is different, material is different, the pattern and colors are fake printed on one side! See the big difference in pictures. Its just a bad cheap chinese copy and a scam! Dont order anything from here.

I HAVE ORDER SOME BABY CLOTHES AND THE COMPANY IN MEXICO LOST MY ORDER... AFTER MANY EMAILS PAT PAT HAVE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND THEY SEND ME AGAIN THE ORDER. THANKS FOR THE ATENTION!
I messed up my order and they where more then happy to help. Right to the end even gave me a voucher that was equal value to free shipping.
If you do not want to be cheated and passed back, do not buy from that company. In the process of purchase it suggests that the delivery takes 4-8 days in the US and at the time the purchase is confirmed, and the payment made, the company sends an email saying that it will be delivered with 30 business days. This is unacceptable, especially for traveling customers, as is my case, that I will be in the US for only 1 week. The request was even made on September 8 exactly so that on the 24th of the same month it was already delivered to our hotel. But we did not stop there, we sent more than 6 emails and we got generic answers without solving the problem that would be the immediate cancellation of the order! If the company really was a company that respected the consumer, it would do it simply and quickly. But as is not the case, I've been trying to contact a disrespectful, deceitful and deceiving company for a week. Proof of this is the Reclame Aqui site in Brazil, with more than 50 unanswered complaints https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/indices/lista_reclamacoes/?id=KRGJoWjn2UmpoPBu&page=1&size=10&status=ALL. I have attached all the emails below, and the last answer I gave is that I did not want the order divided according to availability in stock, I just want my money back!

I have ordered some baby clothes from PatPat and my bad I realised later the material is not 100% cotton and they don't even specify where the clothes are coming from. So I have contacted the customer service asking to cancel the order, they have only offered me a 25%discount but they shipped the order anyway. It is literally impossible to get a refund from them. I have ordered many times from patpat. Their stuff is super fun. Ive gotten a few mommy and me dresses for my girls and I and love them. I have only had 2 issues ever where their item did not match their measurements. And when verified I was refunded. I will continue to buy from them.
