I placed an order over the Black Friday sale and once I realized it wouldn't arrive on time I sent a request to cancel. There was no response (and to this date I still have not received a response to this request!) I submitted another email asking about the status of my order as it had been over a week and was still "processing". I received an immediate response with a generic note "due to heavy traffic on our site blah blah blah" - I responded to this email and AGAIN did not receive a response. I have since then sent 2 more emails with requests to cancel my order that is still "processing" and have not received any responses. I called yesterday and sat through the awful hold (2 seconds of music and the annoying "please email" repeating) only to be put through FINALLY to a voice mailbox that was full and then the phone hung up. Today I have sent yet another email to request my order be cancelled and I am sure I will not here from them again. My next step will be report them as fraud as should anyone else who is having this terrible of a time.

Pat Pat has good customer service. They were able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to trust this site for shopping.
We hired Pat Pichayan as our lawyer when we sold our house in New York recently.
Pat explained the entire process very clearly to us and worked very closely at all times.
Whenever we had a question Pat was always available to answer in a timely manner

Buyers beware! This place is a joke! I wish I would have read the reviews first. I have a couple of items I need to return. First you only get 14 days from delivery to return an item. However, there is no pre-printed label provided. In addition, you don't know what address to return the items to. You have to contact PatPat via phone or email for a RAN authorization number. I have been trying for days now to get them on the phone and have sent several emails requesting this information. All I want to know is where do I return my package so I can mail it back. My packing slip has a California address but does not say it is for returns. My original package has a label from New York. This is the most unprofessional way of having customers return an item. I have never had this issue with any other retailer no matter the size of the company. I feel this is a stall tactic to make sure you are unable to return an item within the time line. Also, all the clothing sizing are so off and do not fit true to size that is the reason for my returns.

I ordered a 3 to 6 month onesie and with other matching PJ's for my family. They did take 2 weeks to arrive, which was fine as I had planned ahead. However they sent me a onesie with a 6 month tag on it. When I emailed them to complain they took forever to respond. They then finally asked me to send them pictures of the product and the tag, which i did. They then sent me the following response. 'As we have checked, we have sent you the correct size. Please refer to the PatPat size tag as the sizes sewn on the items are the equivalent size from the supplies' Like what the hell? A 3 month old baby is a 3 month old baby! It's not like the sizing is different country to country. You basically took a 6 month onesie and stuck your own sticker on it that said 3 to 6 months. So i figure hey, if i order a 0 to 3 months one, maybe they will send me a 3 to 6 month size? Oh no can't do that, now they don't allow exchanges. They will let me keep the items and offer me a 50% refund and a 15% coupon for future purchases. Umm what part of MATCHING PJ'S do they not understand. Like they market these specific products, but can't fulfil it. If i want to return for a full refund, I have to pay the shipping back to china. Ok, how can I even trust that I ship these back that I will get my money back? The solution to the issue is REAL EASY. Send me a realistic size for a 3 to 6 month old, pay for me to ship back the mistake you made. See easy. Apparently not.

I ordered matching Christmas pajamas for my family and the set for me arrived and it wasn't what I anticipated. I reached out to customer service and they were more than accommodating and great customer service.
Also my families pjs weren't great! Will order from pat pat again!
I've placed an order over a month ago. Received an email with my tracking number. The number doesn't exist on any of the tracking websites. Called them, mailbox is supposedly full can't leave a message. Emailed their customer service and received a failure to deliver response. Email doesn't work, phone doesn't work. They stole my money! Don't let them rob you, do not buy anything from them!

I ordered what appeared to be a cute pink jacket to wear to my daughter's baby shower. Good thing I had a backup plan. Delivery was slow and when the jacket finally arrived, it barely resembled the picture. The fabric was cheap, not constructed as pictured and was not true to size.Won't even attempt to return it because I refuse to pay for shipping again.

I ordered matching outfits for my flower girls & a week before my wedding I emailed their customer service asking about my order and shipping. They replied they had a back log of orders and would not be sending me the outfits. A WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING! Then instead of offering other outfits that could get to me on time, they offered a 20% refund. So they kept my money and I never received anything for my flower girls.
They have no business communication and no ways of handling money or customers.

I ordered 5 little girl dresses for two of my granddaughters. 2 sets were matching 1 set ivory and the other pink. It took over a month to receive the order from CHINA. When the order arrived there was one dress missing and a dress I never ordered. One of the dresses was missing was missing the attachable bow. The small pin to hold the dress was glued to the bow of the other two dresses. The sequences from one dress is falling off. The thread from the same dress is fraying at the bottom. Still waiting to hear from the seller through Paypal. NEVER AGAIN, CHINA, UNBELIVABLE.

I ordered matching pj's last year went relatively smooth. This year I ordered in Sept my order arrived in New York and hasn't moved in over 12 days. I emailed them they finally realize the order is lost. They sent the 1st email to confirm my address, 2nd email confirm sizes, 3rd email asking do I want regular shipping or express shipping now 4th email this morning to confirm whether I want them to resend my order. What next? I will probably have to verify everything all over again day 5 of me just wanting them to send me my order that I paid for!

I ordered newborn clothing and was given a 5 to 7 business day for my order to arrive. I ordered on October 14th it is now October 26 and my order hasn't even arrived to FedEx yet. By the time I get this order it is very likely that the newborn clothing will be to small for the baby they were ordered for. Bottom line, no matter how good the prices are if you can't use the product it's a huge waste of time and money.

This website is a lie. Marketing tricks galore... They have 168 Better Business Bureau complaints that I wish I had seen before I ordered. This is all cheap apparel/jewelry that is dressed up with a decent website and fuzzy images that don't represent what you actually get. BEWARE - I would not waste your time (30 day shipping) or money (no paid returns).
Trust me, I have no problem wearing cheaper clothing and understand "getting what you pay for." But what I received is unwearable. So see through, and completely different fabrics and patterns than shown.
