If I could give them a ZERO, I would! I ordered over $300 worth of Christmas pajamas last year (2107), and it's almost 2019 now! Never got pj's, nor refund. Hell, I never could get more than just a generic BS email. Total scam. BBB rating of a solid F! Wish I would've read reviews before I ever ordered. Hopefully, this post stops others from ordering!

I ordered Christmas Pajamas with plenty of time for processing and shipping according to their website. It is now 12/27 and still no Christmas pjs for my famil. This has been a complete run around trying to get an actual update. It took multiple emails to get good information on where my items were, but it wasn't until after Christmas that I got this info. They blame the delay on the holidays butcall my other online orders managed to arrive. I never received any notice about a possible delay and I did not get an option to cancel because of any delay. Now that I am writing reviews they want to try and make things right but no one can make it Christmas morning 2018 again. This review is only about their service and shipping, I haven't even seen the product yet and already feel it is a terrible experience!

Do NOT order from this company unless you are prepared for a ridiculously LONG wait. The company is in China! And items are delivered from China. Do NOT be duped by a promise of "3 day express delivery". Deceiving. A joke! I tried to save a buck by ordering Holiday Family PJs from them, making it crystal clear the items NEEDED to be delivered in time for Christmas photos. They ignored that request, filled the order anyway, and the PHs still have not arrived in VA.

I placed 2 orders at the end of November for Christmas Pajamas for family pictures on Christmas Day. You would think it would have arrived in time. Still haven't arrived. Why advertise Christmas Pajamas if they have no chance of making it in 30 days. Tracking number means nothing when it doesn't give you the delivery day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! SO DISAPPOINTED>

This company should be shut down by the Federal Trade Commission! Awful service. It is after Christmas and our gifts are STILL not here! This order was placed on Dec 3rd! That is unacceptable. When I call I get no answer. When I click the 'tracking' link from the email, it routes to a stupid webpage that says "Shhh the baby is sleeping!" Ha! Dont tell me to shhhhish! You shoulda sent my order weeks ago! Terrible terrible company! I hope they go out of business, but before that happens they need to refund me. What good is it now? Christmas has come and gone.

This company is a sham - I placed my order and never could get a tracking confirmation on the items until they unilaterally cancelled my order without notifying me. STAY AWAY, order from a legitimate company, not some phony e-commerce POS.

The company's website says it is stationed in California - it is not. It's in China. Paid extra money for 2-3 day shipping, one week later I have not received the order, and cannot get a hold of anyone. Buyer Beware.

I paid an extra $15 for expedited shipping. Tomorrow is Christmas and not only do I not have my granddaughter's dress, tracking hasn't been updated since the 21st. The company responded with some generic answer. They haven't responded to my request to be credited for the express shipping of course. And now I have to try to find something at the last minute while on crutches from foot surgery.

After ordering from PatPat, my inner voice started gnawing on me about ordering from an online company that I'd never heard of. I actually ordered from two different online companies- one was from an ad on FB and patpat, which I found through searching for matching family pj's (not sure what got into me this Christmas?). So, I started doing some research and saw a lot of negative reviews. Of course, immediately began getting nervous thinking I had just lost close to $300 between my patpat order and the other company. I ordered 4 pairs of the "Let It Snow" pj's on Dec 7th. On Dec 14th I received an email that my order had shipped from China, so my confidence in receiving it by Christmas Eve was pretty low, but I was a bit relieved to at least get some kind of confirmation. From that point, there were daily updates as to where my order was - ie. Departed Shenzhen, made it through customs in NY, etc. I'm happy to report that I received the shipment in full with all of the correct sizes on Dec 20th. The quality is okay - they washed up nicely on perm press cycle and drying on low heat. Might do okay with medium heat, but I didn't want to take any chances before Christmas. I'm excited to get a family pic with them. (If I'm able to update this post with a pic later, I will. But the pjs are already wrapped to be open on Christmas Eve.)
Do not order from this company. Waiting two weeks for items and still not here for Christmas. REturn policy is 14 days from delivery date to China. Ridiculous. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

First off, when I inquire about an order then I expect an ANSWER not a generice email. Second, when I call your line I expect an answer or a return call. I have left multiple messages today and have not had a call back. Also, when I placed my order on December 6, i had no idea my order was coming from China and would be sitting somewhere with no ability to track it. Last I am able to see on tracking is that it was at an airport on December 16! It appears to be in the U.S. but since no one will answer me, I have no answer. Also, I was sent a link through their generic email to check the status and it takes you to a "shhhhhh" dead link on their site. This is so frustrating. I would definitely not recommend this company. This was a Christmas gift that I felt confident I would receive by Christmas when placing the order. Not cool! Not cool at

A total scam! It took 12 days to fill my order and their "shipping agent" has supposedly been holding the goods in Shenzen for 5 days now and counting. I am not sure they even shipped the goods and no one answers the phone. Do Not Order from this place.

My dad ordered matching Christmas outfits for my daughters on 11/26/2018 and updates on tracking stopped on 12/6/2018. When both my dad and I emailed, we get no response, when you call, no one answers. When I sent a Facebook message, I finally got a response and they emailed my dad regarding his order but refuse to refund him even though it's been nearly a month since the order was placed without arriving! They are terrible and I will never order from them and encourage others to avoid them as well!

WARNING PLZ SHARE... Do not do business with this company, their policy is they take no returns after 14 days... NO EXCEPTIONS we purchased a fair bit as Christmas gifts and decided to try on a couple of bits as the sizing looked different from one outfit to the next... One pair of jeans is even faulty... NOT INTERESTED NO EXCEPTIONS do not waste your hard earned money with them

I ordered on 11-5, item shipped on 11-15 from China and was delivered to Garland, TX USA on 12-6 by U.S. Mail. Baby boy clothes received are cute but the quality is sub-par. The fabric is thin and prints are somewhat "faded", causing the items to appear old or used. Such a shame because their clothing is so cute in the pictures. I feel bad for customers waiting for Christmas items for pictures and such. Suggest you have a back-up and expect a 30+ day delivery time.
