I love all the baby clothes I purchased from Patpat! Not only for my son, but for my friend's kids as well. They're super adorable and I love the quality. I read reviews before hand about slow delivery and I was mentally prepared to wait. I ship myself a lot and understand that international shipment might take some time. So, if you're not on rush and ordering in advance just expect it in a few weeks. But the excitement you get when receive your stuff worse every minute!

Yes I'm very satisfied with the service of delivery today, the outfits are superb and Absoulately love them, can't wait to give these as a gift to my two munchkins as there gonna look so pretty and very much two adroable little girls. Unfortunately, the dresses I ordered from Patpat didn't quite fit. The bathrobe I ordered for my daughter was very sweet and soft--she loves it. In general, I'd say the clothes are a little generous with proportions, so definitely don't order up a size. However, customer service was extremely helpful, assisting me so that I could be refunded for the garments that didn't work. I'm waiting for another order to arrive in a couple of weeks, and I'm really hoping these fit better bc they look super cute on the website!

I stumbled upon this company by chance - I saw their ad on my FB feed - and was really captivated by the design of their toddlers clothing lines. I decided to place an order to give it a go - this was my first on-line clothing purchase experience and was quite happy with the quality of the items I received given the competitive pricing.
Customer service was very responsive and helpful. They would typically get back to me within 24h or less, which is pretty good given that we operate in a 11h difference time zone.
From the moment, I placed the order to the day I receive it, it took approx 3 weeks and I qualify for international express shipping.
I believe that if they manage to bring it down to a max two-week delivery time for international shipping, it would be a great step forward. However, I do recognize that this would most likely entail rethinking their logistical chain model from sourcing to distribution and would take some time to optimize.
Last but not least, the app users navigation experience has considerably improved over the past quarter. There are far less glitches and sorting has become a lot more accurate and user friendly.
I would certainly recommend this online childrens clothing company to family and friends.

I'm still waiting for my product. I purchased it on July 9th and it's now the 24th of July and now they are saying July 30th is the soonest. I read 5-15 days for delivery. I would have never purchased from them if I knew it would almost take a month. Terrible advertising.
They got back to me (on the weekend) faster than I expected and were so polite. They helped me with my issue in a very professional manner. Excellent customer service!

Ordered a few mommy and me matching swim suits and they were adorable and good quality. I did have to return a few because I am tall and the size medium one pieces were not long enough for me but the return process was easy. I will order again.
