This was my first time shopping clothing online, always had my reservations, but I saw so many positive reviews that I went for it.
Unfortunately, there were some issues wirth the first payment method: debit card. I tried again, same result.
So I sent an email and almost forgot about it, I thought is was going to be one of those emails that nobody cares to read. But I was wrong, very wrong!
I received a detailed email explaining that they were trying to work on the issue and suggested to use PayPal as a payment method. I was genuinely surprised and happy to be taken into consideration. The issue is now resolved, so currently waiting for the items to arrive.
Thank you, Patpat. And most importantly, thank you Al Gregg. Your job isn't easy (who wants to read emails from unhappy customers?) yet you're really good at it. I really appreciate it.
I placed an order with PatPat on feb 28 and around March 20 I realized my package never came. I contacted customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Jimmy J. He was able to help me locate my package which was actually delivered March 7 to the wrong unit number by usps. I was really satisfied with how quick the response from Jimmy was and how helpful he was in ensuring my package got to me. Once I got it the items fits perfectly and were super cute. I will Be ordering again very soon.

I had issues with getting the order delivered bit late so I requested for return. Customer service was quick and provided very good options of retaining the product and provided full refund as store credit. Appreciate their understanding of the customer concerns and immediate resolution

I've been really pleased with the PJs I've ordered in the past from PatPat but not so much with my recent maternity tops (quality/colour). Having said that l, the customer service and credit application (my choice rather than a refund) was really good once I let them know I was unhappy.
Long delays in shipping, cheap crappy clothing, customer service couldn't tell me when my items would ship. Some items listed as 100% cotton which is 100% lies!
