I ordered some items from pat pat and unfortunately some didn't fit and the customer service was impeccable! I read some previous and reviews so I was nervous after purchasing but they emailed me back right away and made processing the return and getting money back so quick and easy. For the hassle they even told me to keep the items but I will still try to send back as I don't want them to go to waste.
I got a few swim suits that did not fit for my daughter and I and asked to return them. Though I did not get my money back, the customer service was kind to allow me to keep the items (which I am giving as a gift) and gave me account credit to get new articles. The emailing back and forth took a bit, but at the end of the day they were very kind and understanding of my situation.
Jimmy was absolutely fantastic, prompt assistance, helped continuously and made exchanging / sorting out issues so easy!

Be warned: despite the only info on the site saying they are in California, everything ships from China. I was in desperate need of nursing tops and dresses, and PatPat seemed to have several cute options at a great price, so I took a gamble. Unfortunately I was disappointed when of 9 items ordered, only 1 was remotely usable due to poor quality and weird fit. Rather than letting me return the items for a full refund, they insisted that they didn't want me to incur the return shipping costs and told me I could keep all of the items and they would issue a 50% refund. Lesson learned - I will not order again. Customer service was friendly enough, so they get 2 stars.

My swimsuits fit great! I ordered a XL. The men's sizes run rather small though, I ordered an XL for my boyfriend however, I had to return my his trunks, definitely upsize if you have thick thighs lol. Kristoffer was very helpful in my return process. Great customer service!
I was under the impression that I'd have to return my clothes and was happy the representative gave me the option to exchange with no added work on my part.

I love shopping at PatPat for my son's clothes. The styles are unique and adorable. However; I rated 4 instead of 5 stars because the sizes are unpredictable. They come larger than expected but he eventually grows into them.

I ordered from them over a week ago. It is now the two week mark and my order is sitting in California and it has been since March 15. That is ridiculous! This site needs to be shut down immediately! Customers service sucks! I had to email them THREE times within a week before I even got a response! Just to be met with "why do you want a refund". BECAUSE! Obviously y'all don't have y'all sh*t together. I am overly pissed.

Last year we ordered some Christmas costumes and paid extra money for expedited shipping. The costumes never came. After a series of follow up and automated email responses, the costumes came 1 week after new year. Lol who needs Santa Costume after that? I really regret buying from this site. We even got fooled on joining the #patpat2018 photo contest, a marketing ploy to advertise their poor products via facebook. They said we won but when we followed up our prize, we received a tons of automated email response. Now i have to message each and everyone who liked & shared my patpat pictures that we fell in a bogus marketing scam.
