I ordered a family matching swimsuit set from PatPat. When it arrived, the swimsuits didn't fit the best, so I went to return them. The service was great at helping me by giving me multiple options for my return. They responded within 24 hours every time and helped me get the items I wanted!
When I was not able to apply my coupon and I made a typo on my email account, CustomerCare was able to resolve this via email very quickly. They issued a coupon refund and fixed my account info.

At first my dress was too big and Patpats GREAT customer service team solved it right away! I love the dress and my littles rompers! The material is amazing quality! Ordered a size 2 year navy dress and the bottom is navy and orange but the top is black. Still a pretty dress but doesn't match the one my wife already has which is the whole point we ordered.
