Service was fast and efficient, the customer service respresentative helped me so much and solved my problem super fast! I would record this company for anyone looking for something to do with their family.
I needed to return two items past the 14 day deadline, but customer service representative HAZEL B. Was very accommodating! She refunded the money for the items without even having to send them back! Overall, pleased with my experience.
One of my items was missing and one item was too small. I contacted customer service and they were very prompt in their response. They sent the missing item and offered to send the larger size compliments of them. Very nice experience overall.
I ordered 4 outfits for my niece in the beginning of March. It's April and I haven't received my order. The tracking number provided only directs me to a sleeping baby. I contacted customer service and am still waiting on a response. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The customers support was superior! I had some issues with sizing but the team offered many options to choose from until I was satisfied with the result. Great experience!

I have ordered 2 dresses for my baby on March 21st. I didn't get any update regarding my order even after 6 days. I had to contact the customer care which costs 16rs /minute (usually all e-commerce website provide toll free number s). Finally they had sent me an email saying that your order got shipped. Thats it. After that no updates. I contacted the customer care again and got reply that it has reached Mumbai and they promised me to send an email of the local delivery service which didn't happen. Tried customer care many times after that. Did not get any response. Now I am not able to cancel the item too. I placed order for my kid's birthday.It was so disappointing as I was a new customer to this app. I would highly not recommend it in anyway.In short

Customer service was very helpful regarding my items purchased. They are also pompt with communication- responding back to my email in a timely manner and was also very understanding with my situation.
Got me and my kids matching swimsuits and we love them, also the staffing of Pat Pat are very nice and helpful.

They were very response to their emails when I had an issue with a coupon code. They were able to get to me with 24 hrs which I really appreciated. I haven't gotten the merchandise yet but I am hoping to get them soon I am very excited to see the quality since this is my first time buying from patpat.

Patpat has awesome family matching outfits, especially love their swimsuit selection. I placed my order for swimsuits but I feel they run small, ordered a 3t for my daughter who currently wears a 2t clothing and it was just way too tight. Contacted customer service and they were amazing at processing my return giving me various options. I will definitely be shopping patpat again
