I got 4 different bathing suits and 3 of each of those bathing suits for me my husband and daughter. Took about 3 weeks to come in and they were great material and fit perfect. However one of the bathing suits were wrong they sent little boy swim trunks instead of my daughters bodysuit. I contacted customer service multiple times and they finally got back to me and they were nothing but helpful and will be sending me my correct item that I paid for. If I gave any critique it would to have customer service over the phone and not just email. But that's just my preference. Great all around though!

I had a mistake in the sizing of the items I ordered. After following the directions online, I was emailed by the company. The rep, Al, that I have been working with has been great. We have been in contact daily to fix the mistake. He wants to make it a great experience which he is. He was very helpful which is always amazing.

I had a good experience with Pat Pat even though I must admit the items took a while to come to me! The clothes are amazing!
The shipping was fast, quality is good, but the sizing is a bit off, it appears a little too big for what I ordered. Still, since kids grow fast, I believe mine will grow into it quickly. Better a little big than too small. :)
