A mistake made by myself on the delivery address. The customer service team has quickly solved my problem and make sure that my order will be delivered to my updated address.
I wish I could give zero stars as a review. Unhappy with items and return/refund process. I ordered 4 women's clothing items. They were of very low manufacturing quality. I ordered a size medium in all the items and they came in varying sizes. The fabric was rough/uncomfortable and thin/see-through. I began the return process (very tedious) and was told to keep the items and I would receive Wallet credit to use on the patpat.com site. I was hesitant to accept these terms because I expected any future items to be of similar low quality. Also, Wallet credit can only be use in $30 or less increments. This means that you cannot purchase any item valued over $30 and that you will have to pay for shipping on the orders. Now the company is going to get to keep my $63 and I get nothing!

There was no need to get frustrated! Hazel B. Came through for me and helped me out! I had questions about the return policy and had some returns because I had a few items that didn't fit. Hazel B. Kept in touch with me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with the decision of her and her team. She also, was quick with her responses and that made things alot less stressful!
Pleasantly surprised at the good quality of the product and great customer service. Will be ordering from here again
I was charged for shipping by mistake, but the Customer Service solved it quickly. They processed the refund of $10 for the shipping fee. Special thanks to Daniel and Ronnie Macalam for their kindness.

I ordered three different shirts, all in size medium. When they arrived the PatPat tags all said medium, but the shirts did vary in size such that one fit me great and the other two were definitely too large. When I contacted customer service about the sizes, they assured me they were correct. However, they were willing to work with me to get a size which would fit me. I am truly impressed with the customer service and I am looking forward to wearing these shirts. The material seems to be good quality and they are stretchy and cool - perfect for summer. If you do place an order, make sure you check the size guides carefully and contact customer service promptly if there is any issue so they can fix it. The customer service is excellent.

The sizes are not always as expected but the customer service is great! They will fix any issue you may have. Also, great styles for babies!
I love shopping with Pat Pat, they have some really adorable baby clothes. On one order I needed to return something as it wasn't what I expected and they helped me get my return going. They were very fast to respond and very helpful.

The customer service representative, Josh was amazing. He did any excellent job assisting me with swimwear that was to small. And I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Delivery takes a while of approx 12-15 days bt worth a wait to get Gr8 quality products. Hazel J helped me with tracking my order until I received it. Thanks Hazel J
I ordered three nursing tops for a good price and got them relatively fast. Some were too large so I asked for a refund or exchange and got the exchange. There was a confusion and the new products were still not the right size. BUT customer service was amazing and refunded me so I could re-order in the right sizes AND let me keep the already received products. I'm super satisfied and will be ordering the new products right away.
The top at the right size is very pretty, and comfortable, the material is super soft. Details are good too, all in all I'm quite satisfied with the whole experience :)

I love this shop. Used it to order a few thing for my daughter and the quality was great. They arrived within 2 weeks and were so nearly packed. I had an issue with the sizes of 2 items but they were super responsive and solved the problem within 24 hours. Will definitely be shopping here often.

If you don't live in USA don't worry about the ship. I live in Italy and in 10 days (I ordered on Christmas time) I received all the products.
When PatPat goes on sale is wonderful.
The price ratio is fantastic. The clothes are always so soft.
