I'm so in love with outfits i ordered. Boutique looking and good quality for much less price. I will definitely be ordering again. The only down will be the time it takes to get deliver (over 2 weeks) for me.
I was apprehensive knowing I was ordering from China since so many other sites from China never send what you ordered, but Patpat kept me up to date with the tracking and I received my nursing shirts today! I love them! I see more orders in my future since I know Patpat is legitimate. Thank you PatPat!

I love the items I purchased from this company, very affordable and decent quality (the mommy & me and daddy & me items are especially cute)! With one of the items I purchased, the sizing was a little strange, but Hazel B. And Trisha in customer service quickly resolved the issue. Shipping was within the stated 10-15 day window.
Hazel B. Helled resolve my issue within 48 hours and I could not be happier with the result. The clothing quality is great and I can't wait to order more items from them.
So far I have ordered twice I have been pleased with my items swimsuits for me and my daughter good quality and super affordable. My last purchase I ordered two pairs of yogo pants not impressed they were see through. I was able to keep them and got 50% of my money back right away and 10% off my next purchase. I choose that offer instead of sending it back and getting a refund so very pleased with customer service as well.

My first experience shopping on Patpat was fantastic. As I was unsure of the sizings, I bought the wrong sizes for a few pieces of clothing but without questions asked, the excellent customer service officer offered to replace the items with no additional charges. Two thumbs up for after-sales service! :)

It's the cutest 2 piece bathing suit ever! The material is soft and has bright awesome colors. I ordered the orange & we LOVE IT!
My daughter is 5, but we ordered size 6/7 which fit perfectly on her slim body. Due to the awesome stretch material it's likely to still fit when she's 7. Also, the color did NOT bleed in the pool or wash.

PatPat has excellent customer service. Twice I purchased clothing items that didn't fit too well and they sent a better fit without any additional cost. Most times I've been very satisfied with the items. And even if I wasn't, they are happy to provide wallet credits and discounts so I can make another purchase of my choice.
The customer service agents are also attentive and helpful all the way through to delivery.
I put the wrong zip code and my package got lost. They just sent me a new package free of charge. Their prices are reasonable, shipping is affordable. They make online shopping a breeze.
