I purchased a top from PatPat for myself (I've ordered many times before for my children). The top came and was lovely, great material and design however it did not suit me. I contacted Patpat to request a returns and Hazel J helped me out so much going above and beyond, even giving me a discount code for my next purchase. She has been so helpful even when I couldn't work out how to use the code. Her responses are very quick and efficient. Extremely helpful all the way through. Will definitely be purchasing from Patpat again. Thanks Hazel :)
Excellent service. Very helpful and prompt respond time. Would recommend buying from them and would buy from them again. Loved my dresses. My daughters which i ordered to Mach were to big and the issue was resolved with no issues.

I was recently in the process of moving and my mail was forwarded to my PO box. In that time I had purchased quite a large order through Pat Pat. Unfortunately, I never received that order. I emailed customer service when it said my items were delivered but I hadn't received anything, and they responded immediately and tracked the package. They found it was destroyed by the courier. They offered me a refund, take store credit, or to let me purchase the same items and choose different sizes. They even gave me 20% off the order. I just received all of my new items and I absolutely love every item I bought! I will definitely buy from them again not only because they went out of there way to take care of me but also because I am so in love with the clothes I got! I can not wait to have my little girl wear them!
Matching out fits were a hit! All fit sizes were easy to read size chart and pick sizes. When received they fit perfect. Shipping g easnt an arm and a leg, standard priority mail pricing. Shipped on time, got the items in a week. Didnt have to wait 4 to 6 weeks like some sites I've ordered from. Loved the ease and purchases. Next buy is family matching sets. So excited I can't wait!

I got my daughter and I 2 matching dress sets and we love them. They were very affordable yet very well made. I bought a size bigger thinking they ran small but they don't they are true to size! I got my package in a timely manner. It was packaged great each item in it's own zipped pat pat bag. Will definitely be buying more!
Email customer service to report a size error. I was so happy to hear from Ronnie who wanted to send me another item free of charge. Unfortunately the size was not available so Ronnie gave me 50% back and I was able to keep the item. The item will be a gift to someone. This is exceptional service. Pat-Pat has the cutest, well made clothing for children. I was a little skiddish about buying from an unknown designer but I recommend this company 100%. Thanks for making my granddaughter beautiful.

Lovely baby clothes designs! I just can't stop browsing, Iike everything! Great to see nice boys baby clothes, as they normally have a more limited range.
I ordered several items but unfortunately most of them did not fit because they were larger than I assumed. (I am very petite) However, I received excellent customer care from Rolando. He sent timely and thoughtful responses to my emails and solved my issues with ease.
