Awesome customer service which is hard to find these days, Will absolutely shop with again! Had a problem with shipping dates after I made my purchase and they quickly helped me with a refund and gave me no trouble. Prices are awesome and I can't wait to purchase from them in the near future.

I just love Pat Pat in every sense of the word. The styles are great, the prices are incredible and the customer service thru Hazel J, was phenomenal. I'm already a repeat buyer. Started purchasing for my nephew (6wks old now) before I found out I was pregnant. Will continue to purchase with you!!

The customer service of patpat is amazing, I had a problem in the sizes of the dresses.
The customer service help me, it was impossible to change the sizes, so they canceled the order.
The customer service answered very fast and they solved the problem better then i expected. Thanks a lot!
I love PatPat and have vowed (to myself) to never shop elsewhere although this is an international order and does take time to get to me. The quality and variety of clothes for my baby girl have always exceeded my expectations. People always ask me where I get my baby's clothes from.
Being an overseas customer, I recently had trouble tracking one of my orders and also had a case of high custom duty (which is not the norm). Glen, one of the customer care reps at PatPat, went out of his way to respond to me patiently, kept communicating with me, and even went a step further to track my order and refund my custom duty. This service is not just rare and good; it's astounding! I was amazed and very grateful for Glen's service and his ability to keep his cool and pacify my every request.
