I had an issue with my order cause the wrong size was sent to me. I contacted the customer service and they were quick and nice with their reply. They are sending the correct size at no extra charge and let me keep the big size. Thank you for your quick response. I am happy with how everything was handled.
2 items have been great, 2 items didn't fit, but customer service took great care to give me reasonable options!
I made a mistake in my order and customer service by e-mail was attentive a prompt to help. I was able to cancel the item and got full refund. Happy with the service and would recommend Patpat to others.
I had to contact them to return item for the size was to big. I had a complete response within a week. It's a little long but I wasn't stressed about time.

This company is a scam. They have done everything humanly possible to reject my return. I sent photos, I got a return authorization, I proved I had sent back the clothes, I sent them a tracking number, they still are sending me nonsense emails saying things like they can't view the photos... what? This is a scam. STAY AWAY!
I bought 2 sets of dresses for my 2 daughters and myself. They fit perfectly to size. My oldest daughter was a perfect fit. My younger daughter and myself are shorties, so we had ours taken up a bit. They are super comfortable and fabric is amazing. Very well made. Looking forward to our next purchase.
I ordered two maternity shirts for breast feeding. One is way to big, honestly one of my friends wears large and it was big on her, the other resembles more a medium with short arms and I ordered small... I am a pretty avid online shopper and took the time to read reviews and look at their sizing charts. Unfortunately these did not reflect the actual shirts I received. One shirt had a medium tag on it the other large tag on the colar but they both had small patpat red tags. I was pretty excited about receiving these but their quality and sizing seemed off. When I inquired about the products and their sizing I was told that they would reimburse 50% of the purchase price or that I could pay for shipping to get my full reimbursement. I argued a bit and eventually they reimbursed 100% of the item prices and Didn't request I ship them back. I am giving them a three star because of the hassle, I now have two shirts I cannot wear (thse two shirts were me treating myself to something nice while breast feeding) but at least they were prompt and curtesy at rectifying the situation and eventually seemed to recognize their error.
