Abdil was very helpful in fixing my problem and I would give more stars if the short time return policy was made more clear somewhere. Either way I thought he was pleasant to work with and easy to communicate with.

I really love Patpat cloths. From family outfit to matchy matchy and from kids todler and baby. 99% patpat is legit when it becomes to selling online. The 1st and 2nd time i order i really fall inlove with that cloths from my baby. Very soft ang hugable..

I'm giving 5 star for a few reasons.
1) the quality of the items I purchased were terrific.
2) the prices are reasonable
3) well there was a mishap with my order.(belt on a dress) I contacted customer service and with a few e-mails back and forth my problem has been resolved. Customer service was amazing!

The items themselves are correct, but I was really happy with the customer service. A certain Jimmy helped me a lot, I contacted them because one item was too short, the other had some weird stains on it. They reshipped the two items with correct size, they are just like on the picture.
They were quick to respond and really helpful!

Baught my son a few outfits. Was sceptical of quality but it was actually nice and at good pricing. Customer service was quick and helpful when i had sizing issues with my order. Made sure i was happy in the end

To be honest Very good quality But you have to be very careful about the size and excellent customer's service.

I had an issue with a few items that were not what I had expected or where damaged he made sure we came to a very reasonable resolution that made me very happy.

Ordered and the size didn't work out but pat pat did a great job to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I was never left wondering what was going on as someone always responded to my emails and kept me updated. I'm always afraid to order through new websites online but I will def continue shopping now that I know that If something doesn't work out i will be taken care of.
