I ordered dresses and a baby suit from PatPat for my nieces and nephew and the package arrived in reasonably good time but with the baby boy suit missing and one dress with a belt missing. PatPat customer service was quick to respond when I reached out to them and within days sent me an email that the missing items have been shipped. I really appreciate the fact that the customer service agent Jocyl worked with me so quickly to identify the missing items and the fact that PatPat replaced a full dress and sent the baby boy suit in good time before the function for which I wanted to send the clothing as gifts. The dresses are of good quality for the price and nicely packaged. Thank you for an efficient service PatPat! I definitely will come back to buy more of the beautiful items you have!
Felix was super helpful with my order - I had purchased two sets of matching bathing suits and one set did not fit properly and he was able to resolve the issue for me - no hassle at all. I will definitely be ordering more suits from them again.

I have great Customer Services Experience with PatPat, I was purchase one dress for my 2 year daughter but it was small size but the and PatPat doesn't have other size available in that period of time when I need it. Finally PatPat return my refund in one week.

The first time I ordered, it was for family Christmas pajamas. Loved them! Good quality and they fit great. The second time I ordered, it was for a few maternity tops. I wasn't happy with the fit but the customer service and return process definitely resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Will shop there again.

Ordered 2 items: very satisfied with one of them but not at all with the second. The color, size, quality of the product not meeting the expectation you get from the picture. On the other hand the customer service was very good and friendly. Although the return and refund should be easier and free.

I wanted to return some items and was given more options that I'd never been offered from online shopping before. I was able to get the size I wanted for one item and receive a credit for the others, and could donate the old items instead of shipping them back. Great way to resolve issues with sizing and online shopping and not having the headache of trying to ship it back. Thank you!
