Pat pat has amazing customer service. I made a mistake with my order and was refunded the full amount and even got to keep the product that I ordered incorrectly. They even have a wheel to spin and win free items, coupons and more... so awesome.
Pat Pat service is very efficient and they feedback and solve problems very quickly.
I just wish the delivery time didn't take so long and that they were more flexible with exchanges. I had a particular case where I really wanted to exchange a piece and they couldn't give me this option, however they refund me and it was very quick.

Baby clothes and swimsuits for hole family
LOVE them both the only reason for a 4 star is the dress is a bit see thru but I bought matching dresses and swim suits

The products I ordered for my kid were warm sweater and white sneakers. The quality of both is good, but the delivery service is little slower as promised, but never mind, it was fine for me.

This company has the cutest swimsuits! I absolutely will be ordering from them again :) I got the items I ordered very quickly and they are exactly as pictured on their site
I live in Switzerland and was excited about the free international shipping. The customs form, however, was not filled out correctly from Patpat which caused even more of a wait/delay. After 6 weeks of not receiving my package the Swiss post office contacted me and said I had to provide proof of what I paid for the items, so they can know what to charge on import fees if needed.
I contacted Patpat customer service only to receive a lame and unhelpful reply.
I sent the info in to the Swiss post office, and a week later had to pick up my package. I paid an extra 40 bucks in taxes and fees.
Then I open up my package to find one very oversized (medium) shirt that had a MOTH hole in it! Because it was on sale I cant return it.
I contact customer service again and receive some responses in Chinese! I figured I have little time or energy to hunt down a refund.
Then about a week later I notice little brown moths in my apartment. And now I realize they are most likely from the packaging/items that I bought, which I haven't washed or thrown the packaging out because Ive hoping for a return.
I bought a maternity dress 2 months ago for a photo shoot, that with all the delays, I am now so super pregnant that I dont see a point anymore to try to even wear the dress. The moth eaten shirt and the packaging has now spread moths all over my apartment, and I'm noticing as I fold my clean washed clothes in that the moths have eaten them too! I am just so frustrated and disappointed that I paid nearly 100 dollars overall for one cardigan that I will wear- and one moth eaten shirt that has caused a moth infestation and a maternity dress that although looks nice- it all took FOREVER to receive because Patpat doesn't k kw how to fill out a customs form!
Gorgeous clothes and love when they are in sale. The sale prices are so reasonable and the outfits are so cute not what you find on the high street
Ordered a few items to give them a try. Fit was so wrong and the dress didn't cover my bum.
Tried to return the items and they make it so hard and you have to keep asking for a refund before they will give it to you. Oh and they pay for the good reviews on here

I was not happy with the quality of my dress which is worse off compared to my daughter's and I wrote to Pat Pat. Thanks to Hazel J, who attended my case and I'm happy with the resolution. Will definitely shop more with Pat Pat.
They provide good care when contacting them about issues. My issue was resolved quickly. I am still waiting on the product so I'm no sure if the quality yet

PatPat clothes are cute and decently priced. Note that the clothes are marked European sizes and it take approximately a month to receive your order. Customer service is so helpful and great.
