I was having trouble resolving an issue I had with my order and the gentleman that I spoke to was very polite and very helpful. He was able to rectify the situation for me and even asked if there was anything else he could do for me. More companies need people like him in their CS department.

Shopping in Pat Pat was truly a happy trip. The website is friendly however the shipping notice could be better and real-time updated instead of going directly to the customer service.

After ordering a package, I realized that given the estimated process and shipping time, I can not receive it on time. They were kindly cancel my order with full refund. Keep in mind that order processing can take up to 10 business day, and shipping to US also can take up to 7 business days.

I had an issue with the size of some dresses that I ordered and the were always so nice when responding to my emails. They provided 3 different solutions and I choose the best one for me!

The responce from the pat pat service are excelent. I had some problems with the order and they answered me right away! Very friendly They indicated to me that they had already completed the shipment and in effect, I entered the page and I can already see it.

I've ordered from this company twice so far. The clothes are so cute and really not that expensive either. There clothing does run big. There customer service easy great and easy to communicate with.
