I contacted PatPat after one item that I ordered was not the size they had provided according to their size chart. It did take some time to hear back via email, but in the end I was given a store credit. If ordering order a size up in women's.
I had sizing issue with items and customer representative was available without long waits, prompt responses, and did really good job in resolving the issue.

I love dressing my three kids in adorable outfits. This site has great kids clothes for decent prices.
LOVED the shirts I purchased for nursing. They are easy to wear, look great and didnt break my bank account. The customer service was exceptional when I needed a return. So many options of clothing for the family, mothers and baby. Cant wait to order more.
They have nice clothes and something extra that you don't find in the stores in Sweden. Atleast not where I've been looking. So if you want something else this is the site for your kids!

I just made my first order with Pat Pat and one of the items did not fit me right. Trisha from customer service helped me through the return process and provided me with different options to ensure I was happy with my purchase. At first the refund process was a little confusing, but once I was able to communicate with a representative then my concerns were handled fairly. I will buy from Pat Pat again.
After receiving an item I was unhappy with, I left a poor product review, expecting nothing in return but to warn other potential buyers. May D reached out via email and offered a wallet credit for my troubles, and I'm now a happy and returning shopper :)
The fabrics the dresses are made from are high quality. Very soft and pleasing to wear. In my experience sizes in some dresses fit exactly as youd expect, other dresses run quite small. Overall the quality and styles are great!
