Felix was able to resolve my issue of incorrect sizing in a prompt and professional manner which I genuinely appreciated.
I'm very unhappy with the service from Patpat. I ordered a cute onesie suit for my newborn son to wear to my brother's wedding which was yesterday (18th May), however the matching bow tie (as advertised in the picture) was missing from the delivered package. I contacted Patpat initially on 5 May, explained what had happened, provided the order details, and requested that they either send the missing bow tie, or send a complete new suit urgently as the wedding date was looming. I also provided my contact number in the email. When I hadn't heard anything from them I followed up with another 2 emails (as there is no customer service phone number to call, very frustrating). I finally received an email from them earlier this week (15th of May), asking if I wanted a refund or for the item to be re-shipped. I promptly replied and once again asked for a re-shipment via EXPRESS POST as the wedding was on the Saturday. They replied advising the item had been shipped (without confirming whether this was via express/priority post), and asked me to rate my customer service experience with 4 or more stars in exchange for a $5 or $10 online credit. Needless to say, I did no such thing. As I said, the wedding was yesterday and having received nothing from them, I had to dash out late Friday afternoon to buy a bow tie from another store for $25 (as it also came as part of a set). I understand errors can occur with shipments, but if my original email on 5th May, or even the next couple of emails after that had been promptly responded to, this may have been avoided. Very disappointing, and still waiting on that re-shipment to arrive... too little too late.
I didn't receive my order yet, because there was some issues, which was resolved very quickly from the customer service team, start from the support service and finished with the Felix. Thank you for your help and hope I will have the same great experience with my daughters clothes soon.
I just placed an order and wanted to cancel it after realizing how long it will take to get it, also amazon has the same merchandise for cheaper and faster delivery times. Theres no way to cancel or edit order as they say. No body answers to the email provided and the customer service # goes straight to voice mail which is full. I just want my money back

Wish I could rate their products but since I ordered them a month ago and still dont have them, its difficult. Paid shipping for 7-10 days. No response to emails either. Terrible Customer Service!

My rating would be negative stars if it were an option. I ordered AND PAID FOR my daughter's Easter dress and shoes in March. It is now May and I have yet to receive the items I paid for. I've contacted customer service multiple times and they have yet to send me the items or refund my money.

We used for the first time PatPat, and we are really happy withe quality of product!
In addition, we bought wrong sizes, but we got all the support via-mail in order to get the correct sizes from them for free.
I will surely use PatPat for my family again!
