Bought matching swimsuits for me and my daughter and loved the material. They were just as pictured, unfortunately the swimsuit for my daughter was a bit too big which i tried to return. Customer service (Karen) was very helpful and replied to my e-mails. Cant wait to purchase another item from Pat Pat.

The product I ordered and received were too large. I requested for a size exchange. However the product has ran out and they offered to give me a full refund and I can keep the product as well. Response was fast and simple by customer service Rhea B.
Sizing is different and off! The designs are beautiful and my daughter loves matching me! My daughters shoulder strap tore right after putting it in her.

I emailed regarding replacing an item because it was too small, they responded really quickly and resolved the problem straight away. They were really helpful and sorted the issue out straight away and are sending another item.
Not only did they have a cute bathing suit that was the tankini I was looking for but they also had super adorable clothes for my daughter. Will definitely recommend and buy again.
I ordered some merchandise for Mother's Day that I even paid extra for faster shipping to ensure it would be in by that weekend but it came a week later but to my surprise Rhea B. Assisted with a compromise that I was very happy to have her work out and bend over backwards to help resolve this issue.

The things are too expensive in relation to the quality. The return is very expensive and the costs must be borne by the customer. The customer service is very good. Karen P gave me good advice and always answered quickly.
My items took three weeks to be delivered, and the tracking updates were really weird and seemed all over the place. On top of that my 6-9 month old swimsuit looked like an infant size, and the fabric seemed cheap. After you email customer service they are supposed to take only 24-48 hours to respond. Three days after I first emailed them I had to email them again regarding my issue. It wasn't until 5 days after my initial request that I received an email from customer service. After going back and forth a few times Jimmy was able to give me a full refund. I do not believe I will be shopping here again.
