I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the return/exchange process was. I called customer service and spoke to Jimmy who immediately answered all of my questions and put in a request to have a a new shipment sent out to me. I ordered four nursing tops that were of a good quality for the price. It is hard to find affordable and various styled nursing tops, but PatPat delivered. Purchasing was easy and the ordered was received within a good time frame. I am a large to mid range in Australian sizes, so I am an XXL with PatPat. Unfortunately, one of the tops (due to style) was a bit too small but the largest size. I contacted PatPat to organise a repurchase. Rhea B was exceptional. Her response was prompt and very generous. When I bought the swimsuit through this website, I was very confused. It was because my chest is too big but my lower chest is small, so I didn't know what size to take. I bought L size at the beginning and it was obviously too big for me. I contacted Susie through customer service. She was a very patient person. She spent a lot of time helping me to change the size I needed. I really recommend Pat Pat because they have a great customer service staffs.

Company was great at resolving my issues with sizing. I ordered nursing clothing and it was too small. He company was timely about my return request and offered me multiple options to resolve the issue.
The clothes aren't going to be for everyone. What place that sells cloths is? I likes a lot of mine though. The customer service was fab! Trisha was great.

I ordered 6 items from PatPat that are breastfeeding friendly. One of them had zippers that didn't properly function but customer service was very accommodating and gave me a credit to purchase another item. It took a little while to receive the clothes but I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of the clothes for the price.
