I recently purchased a few items and they all fit perfect. With the exception of one item which was quickly resolved by customer service. I would definitely use this merchant again.
I ordered family matching swimsuits for our vacation to Disney World the product came in a timely manner and packaged beautifully. One of the swimsuits was too large for my petite daughter so I had to quickly get another size before our trip. I contacted customer service and they answered me promptly. The process of getting a new size mailed out to me was very simple and quick. I will definitely be ordering from this company again and I highly recommend it to anyone.
I placed my order on April 3,2019. It was shipped on April 9,2019. Their shipping and delivery time frame states, "5-12 days after order shipped," though they have now changed it to say, "5-12 business days" since I complained about false advertisement and information. I did not receive my order until April 23,2019. I began contacting customer service 12 days after my order was shipped to complain and ask for a full refund. They refused to refund me and when my order came, they said I would have to pay shipping for the return even though they were at fault for the delivery time. After much back and forth, they agreed to give me a 50% refund. On April 29,2019, I received an email confirming my refund, but it is June 2,2019 and it still has not come through. They do not respond to calls or emails regarding this issue. DO NOT order from them. They are fraudulent. I have reported them to the BBB and they are looking into their fraudulent company.
Your clothes are quality made and are just beautiful. I got some outfits a couple months ago for my new granddaughter to be born soon. I just went online and got more bc they really are THAT cute. Thank you Patpat!
PatPat has made my life so much simpler by taking away the need to shop in random stores hoping to find something I like by chance. I've loved all that I've ordered and I'm not usually easily impressed when it comes to clothes for myself & family. Honestly, I've only ever had an issue once, just recently & by issue it was really that I decided I didn't like the color of something in person. I expected it to be a hassle to explain, let alone quickly resolve something with an online retailer but I'll happily admit that it was a breeze. I just checked they're return policy, sent the email and this lovely woman, she went by Hazel J, got right back to me with everything I needed and more. She even gave me options about how I'd like to go about it. So I'd like the word to get out, because I think we all can agree when you come a company with employees who genuinely want to help you resolve things instead of talk you out what you want, even when it's something as silly as misjudging a color, I think those companies and those employees deserve some real acknowledgement these days. So PatPat & the wonderful Hazel J. I can't thank you enough for great products, selection & your tremendous efforts to actually care about your clients!
I ordered a swimming suit from the website according to the chart and the sizes were not correct so the size I got was very big. I contacted their customer service and the gave me very quick reply and sent me a new one with the correct size. I was very satisfied with their customer service (Al Gregg)
Ordered a few things for myself and my daughter, order came within stated time frame. A couple items were too small and customer service helped me resolve the issue promptly. Very happy with my first experience!

I ordered 2 items, one of which was perfect & the other item I needed to have returned/exchanged. Jimmy in customer service was responsive, kind, & quick to resolve the issue. I'll definitely continue to shop PatPat for this reason.
I would recomend to order clothes for children, they are nice and good quality, but clothes for adults are not always matcing right size, and material of one of the dresses was almost transparent, so I had to send back 2 items.
But I got great help from Felix, so this issue was solved quite soon, and money was refunded! Thank You for the great service!

I received the items in good condition and surprised that the materials are of good quality, some items didn't fit me well and Patpat's outstanding customer servcies would easily take care of them by processing the credits into my account!

The quality of clothes are just awfull... It take long to recive your package and returning proces is (unnecceserly) complitated. Also The size "S" looks like "L", the fabrics are artificial and don't let your skin breath. Never again.

Super cute stuff! The quality isn't great, but the price reflects that. After purchasing a dress that didn't fit me and had poor quality, I contacted customer service and they did a great job of resolving the issue for me. Great for baby clothes since babies grow out of/destroy a lot of things that they wear anyway!
I was told by email on 5/20 that it would take 7-14 business days to get a refund. On 5/24 I posted my review and interestingly enough funds were returned to my credit card the same day! I have been contacted by the company asking for information that they already have. Again I am not sure that how this company holds customer's funds (before they even have the products) is even legal.

I placed an order with this company on 5/6 and my credit card was charged on that day. I sent an email on 5/13 wondering when my order would ship and got no response. On 5/15 I made a phone call to inquire about the status of my order and was told they were waiting on one item I had ordered so no idea when I would receive my order. I chose to cancel the order and get a refund. On 5/20 I received and email saying my cancellation was approved and it would take 7-14 days to get my refund. Is this even legal? If a company can charge your credit card the day you place an order why should it take weeks to get your refund? I am a child photographer always looking for new and different outfits and feel scammed by this company.
