Ordered matching dresses, pajamas and family swim suits. The dresses and pajamas were perfect and so beautiful. The swim suits arrived too small unfortunately but Karen P was polite and quick in response when offering a full credit resend of larger swimsuits. So excited for them to arrive!
I was very hesitant to order from them. I was really worried about the sizing and quality of items and shipping time. I decided to order mommy and me bathing suits since they were on sale. I received my items within a week of placing my order. When I received my items I realized I had order the wrong item for my daughter. I messaged customer support immediately, received a response the following day from Jayson who was able to replace my item. I love the bathing suit, it actually fits And love the way it looks. The quality is really good, the fabric not thin or see through. I just placed another order and I'm really exited for it to arrive.
PatPat has a horrible return process. For the fact the clothing is being purchased online and cannot return with ease should be the reason you should not buy anything from them. Additionally, it takes days to get anyone to return your inquiry regarding your return or concern. I will never purchase anything from them again. Horrible online process!
I order 3 matching family swimsuits and unfortunately they were to small when they arrived, which was my fault for not ordering up. Karen P was my rep and she quickly handled the situation and gave me a full store credit. The swimsuits were excellent quality and I just ordered my second set.
I had some issues with a few items as far as sizing and quality but the customer service was prompt to fix my issues. I will be ordering some more items from this company and will recommend it to friends.

My experience with patpat has been good so far. At first I thought the shipping would be faster but after contacting the customer service (which did a great job answering me quickly) I understood the shipping method better. I received my first order and a few of the items didn't fit well (too big) I contacted them and got a refund code without having to reship them those items.
I love this company! Super cute outfits and reasonably priced. Customer service gets back to you fast and is extremely helpful.
The dresses were accurately described and the sizing is accurate as well. Hazel J made my experience and transaction a smooth and easy one.
I got a small size and the customer assistance solved my problem right away! Even the app or website don't have an excellent easy way to return items, the customer relationship is very efficient and fast.

Unfortunately the size of ordered outfits did not fit. The communication with Customer Service was very pleasant and Rhea B. Helped me to solve the issue fast and effective. Very customer oriented and definitely going to shop again, highly recommend.
I ordered matching bathing suits for my daughters birthday party on May 28th and will be leaving on June 13 and just found out I won't receive it until the 14th are 15th? Really? 2 weeks I'm highly disappointed and won't be ordering from this website AGAIN!
