Great and quick attention to my needs of a different size. I ordered the incorrect size and they responded within hours to figure out how they could asssist me.
This was my first time ordering anything from this site so I was skeptical. I purchased 6 nursing tops all of which were very good quality! Two didn't fit so instead of having to deal with the hassle of mailing them back their amazing customer service rep (Rhea B) allowed me to keep them and gave me a credit to purchase two more items of liking. I am beyond pleased with my purchases and will continue to order from this site! :)

Great kids clothes! The size I ordered for my daughter was bigger than expected but Rhea B was very helpful in sending me a replacement size and letting me keep the original! Even past the exchange policy deadline. Great service!

In 7 days from shipping the parcel was in Italy and I had to ask for customer service support as the Italian courier (Post Office) lost the shipment. The Pat Pat service was very courteous and worked to find a solution to the problem.

After ordering 3 maternity swim suits, 2 of 3 fit beautifully while the third was a tad small. Upon contacting customer service, Karen P. Handled my issue flawlessly and efficiently!

Customer service is one of the worst we have experienced in a long time My wife ordered quite a few items not everything fit so she emailed and asked how to return items they wouldn't let her return items and it took an exchange of about 10 emails just to get permission to return the items she followed the instructions. The day after we shipped it which was two days after The email giving permission to return the items with the instructions, they said oh yeah to get a refund we need your tracking number. We never got a tracking number because we didn't think we needed one. They suggested for us to go to our local post office and have them try to look up the package and give us a tracking number which is not realistic, excuse me me US Postal Service worker I mailed a package last week to a particular address can you figure out what the tracking number would be? The package we shipped we did include a copy of the original order number and order but this is not good enough. They emailed her back to say without the tracking number her refund will never come. Quality is good but if you ever have any customer service issues because something doesn't fit, or it's not right you're going to have to wait several days for a response Exchange multiple emails and hope that they gave you all of the information so that you can get a refund or exchange because they might ask for something days later that you can no longer provide and then refused your refund.
Overall the products and customer service was great with this site! Jimmy was very helpful in answering my questions. My only issue was that the smalls run a little large and I'm a petite person.
