Wonderful customer service from Bren. My order was given to the wrong home and it never made it to me and Pat Pat sent me a whole new order at no cost to me even when it was not their error. The clothes are affordable, nice and very convenient.

I'm a new sleep deprived momma and hope to save other mommas a HUGE headache! I told customer service I would wait to do a review until my refund so I could end it positively, but seeing as that got screwed up as well this wont end on a good note. I originally bought a few nursing shirts so i could feel cute and comfortable. I then got a nursing bra and pants. Every single item fit horribly! So tiny! They told me i would either have to pay to ship it back to them, they would give me HALF my money back, or i could get a full refund through their store. I opted for the last because i figured id give them another try. I got a different size in some things and then something for my daughter. The pants ended up looking like they were the SAME size even though they were a size larger and the mess free footprint kit i got was actually just a cheap ink pad and a bent up piece of cardboard. I contacted them and they offered the same deal. I told them i wasnt going to pay to send the items back but that i also didnt want store credit seeing as they falsely advertise and i dont want to prolong this. I was told the money would be returned to me. Yesterday i got an email telling me that the money is in my "patpat account" to spend! NOO! SO incredibly exhausting. I don't have the energy or money for this right now as a new mom. BEWARE they pay people to leave good reviews so do not trust what you read! *Just had to check a box saying i didn't get any incentives, this site might want to contact patpat because they leave a link to this site and tell people they will give them money for a good review*
DO NOT buy from this site. They do not refund your money should you need to return. Worst customer service EVER!

I received 3 matching dresses for our family. The girls dresses were too tight in the chest where the elastic came across them, however the dresses were a good length overall for the size we ordered. My dress had a see through light pink top which was too thin for my liking, and would require alterations of added material to actually wear this without a bra showing. I emailed the company asking to return it and get a refund. They kindly replied that there were different options to get refunds, one is get a 50% refund and keep the items, one is full refund and a full cost voucher for their website, or return and pay shipping. Their replies were very courteous. I gave 4 stars due to the quality of customer service vs the actual material. I think the dresses were cute, just not high quality material used. Maybe order larger and not in light colors for a better overall result.
If you want to return, they send you emails needing pictures of the product and offer alternatives to returning the item. You are not able to respond to the emails even though it reads "Type your response ABOVE THIS LINE to reply" the email address bounces. You have to keep going to their form online, re-entering all your information again and again. There are so many other companies doing this well, there's no reason to make people go through this time-consuming effort. I did like some of the items I purchased, but won't purchase again since they waste so much of your time if you want to return.

Small hiccup with order. I contacted customer service. KAREN P jumped in, took over and fixed things. Promptly and to saticfaction.

A few days ago I had some issue with an ordered items from Pat Pat web site so I wrote to their Customer Center and I was really satisfied with the solution which one of the Service Represntative suggested me. His name is Josh and I would like to tell him thank you a lot because this kind of attitude is not common.
This online store is a scam. They just took my payment and do not even care about my order after placing it and nowhere to be found now. And before i forgot, you hired the most amazing unprofessional agent named FELIX. You better take good care of that guy because he will surely be the reason that you will loss your customer. Please whoever read this post please put on your mind that this business is so unworthy.

Julius from customer service was very helpful when my item didn't fit. He was quick to reply to my emails and helped me to find a very favorable solution.
I ordered a set of couple's swimsuits and needed to return one of them due to sizing problems. Karen P. Was super nice and helpful about it. The products were of great quality.

Great customer service! I ordered matching shirts for my son and husband, but ordered the wrong size. Not only did they offer to send the correct size to me for free, they let me keep the incorrect size that I ordered, and I plan to keep it for my son when he gets older.
