In this day and age of quick delivery, I am appalled that my order took more than 7 days to process and has been in the "shipped" queue for more than 14. The online form wasn't answered in a timely manner and the phone number to customer service went to a message on repeat and finally went silent on me. When I emailed customer service I got a quick response that customer service wasn't readily available on weekends. From there, they went on to tell me my order had shipped but there might be issues with customs. The business lists itself as Mountain View California and why I ordered. If I wanted to order internationally I would have chosen an overseas store. They have since confirmed that my order is hung up in customs. Definitely disappointing.
I bought several dresses for my baby girl and 2 of them didnt fit her well so I got in touch with customer service for returning them. I worked with Jimmy and he was extremely quick and helpful to complete the process smoothly. I'll recommend patpat.com for some unique dresses and tops for babies at a reasonable price
Order took more than a month to arrive. When arrived everything looked cheap chinese clothes, not true to size and also not cotton as promised. In fact, it is a fully synthetic materials. I am very disappointed and waiting for my refund. Hopefully, after sending them the pictures they will give me a return label and fully refund me for this crap.

I've ordered for the first time and didn't regret. I had issue with 1 item and Julious B. At customer service proposed great alternative options to be refund.
I received my items and had an issue but Karen P. With customer service handled my inquiry without delay. She provided me with 2 options to resolve the issue. The mommy and me dresses were well made, and I received a ton of compliments. I will be ordering again.
I came across this site randomly and found the cutest bathing suits and matching outfits for my family. The sizes I ordered were either too big or too small. Customer Service was extremely helpful and communicated efficiently and effectively. They have a really great return policy with options, eliminating hassle for the consumer. Overall, excellent customer service and quality items.

My daughter and I ordered four dresses from Patpat. They were shipped and delivered in a timely manor. The dress prints were very nice. They run true to size. Unfortunately the fit did not work. I recently ordered several items from PatPat.com. While most of them were a success (e.g., matching Hawaiian shirts for my husband and young son), one item didn't quite fit right. When I contacted PatPat about a return, they offered to let me keep the item (which I'm passing along to my sister) and receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase. Now, I get to choose something new for myself, and I don't need to worry about returning the jumpsuit.
