PatPat have an amazing range of maternity and baby clothes. I ordered a maternity dress, a nursing t-shirt and a baby romper suit. Ordering was straight forward although note that the prices displayed Veejay C. Were in UK pounds but the price charged is in Dollars so the bank charges a non-sterling transaction fee'. Items took about 10 days to arrive. They were good quality and exactly like the pictures. Really pleased with them all but had to return 2 items and re-order in a bigger size. Customer Service rep Veejay C. Could not have been more helpful in arranging this and I am now eagerly awaiting my replacement items. From my experience I'm happy to recommend PatPat both in terms of the quality of their clothing, as well as their outstanding customer care.
Altough i measured everything precisely, the robes I ordered, doesn't fit. But the service was fine. They met the shipping deadline, and sent e-mail when they shipped the items. The customer service was also good, they found me an acceptable solution.

The items I ordered weren't up to my standards but the customer service worked hard to get me a result that solved my issues. They were quick to respond and very courteous.
My daughter needed a dress from an upcoming wedding. It was my first time buying from PatPat so I was wary. But to my pleasant surprise, the quality was great and customer service was great. I needed to return one dress because it didnt fit my girl too well and Jimmy was super helpful in aiding me through the return process.
I had ordered 3 swimsuits and they all ran a bit too small even for the men. Emailed customer service and got a quickly response from Jimmy, he gave me credit for a future purchase and didn't require me to return the swimsuits!. Really loved how efficient he worked with me and most of all everything was through email.

Returning products is so hard!
Really wish I read the negative reviews instead of trusting the positive reviews.
It takes AGES for them to process anything, and then delivery takes forever. To try and get a refund it takes 24/48 hours for them to respond. I didn't receive an email to confirm I asked for a return/refund - so I have to wait 48 hours to see if it went through. I will not be in the country the next week - so effectively because of the delay in their responses, I will be stuck with 100 worth of items that a bad quality and do not fit!
