I ordered a few nursing shirts and tank tops. Unfortunately half of them were too big. I messaged customer service, and Karen P. Was excellent! She responded promptly and was very clear with her instructions. Ordering from PatPat was a good experience due to a good product and exceptional customer service!
I ordered some maternity wear, the one piece bathing suit fit well, but the dresses did not. When I contacted Customer Service, Rhea B. Provided me with several options for moving forward. In the end, I opted for a Coupon Code for future purchases. Her replies were always very prompt.
I had to return some items due to sizing.
When I enquired about returning, the process was very simple and addressed very quickly by Veejay C. I received 3 options that I could choose from and all 3 were great. I would use this site again knowing that the return policy is so positive.

I love this website! I order clothes almost every week for my children! They clothing is amazing and great quality! The customer service is amazing also not like most websites! I needed to exchange some clothing and Karen P. Was amazing at helping me answer all of my questions and getting me the correct sizes that I needed. They have amazing daily deals and a great selection of clothing! Definitely recommend this site to anyone with children or looking for themselves!

Ordered 8 pieces of maternity clothing. Waited for delivery 5 weeks, luckily I was in no hurry. Patpat sent me the wrong size on 4 items and not even then will they agree to change to the right size for free. And two other items we´re too small. So I would have to pay the return fee which would have been half the value of the package I ordered (live in Europe) to actually get the sizes I ordered in the first place... this took about four emails. For another four emails we "try to work something out" since it is impossible to return or change anything without paying a fortune. I know this is the policy of returns with Patpat, but one would think since they got it wrong they would exchange the faulty products for free... but no. So they suggest I keep the items and give them as gifts for friends and family, which is absolutely ridiculous. My unpregnant friends would surely be very happy to receive maternity pants and my 68 year old mother of course needs a maternity bra for Christmas... In the end I got three options; return and get money back but pay the full return fee, keep the items and get 50% back (money) or keep the items and get 100% instore credit. I finally chose the last one and ordered some baby clothes, wall decorations and a bag instead. The reason there are few negative reviews on Patpat is because they offer you value vouchers (bribes) to write good reviews. The only positive thing was the nice customer service I got from Julius, it´s not his fault Patpat sucks. Never again.

Baby nearly outgrew the outfits before they ever arrived. No customer service, return policy is awful, buyer beware. I also learned the outfit designs were taken from a designer's work sold on another website (rhymes with Betsy...) and there is litigation concerning these designs as well as others.

I bought a few items but they didn't fit me well. I got in contact with Karen and her customer service was beyond what I was expecting. With her being fast at responding to my emails she was very helpful. I was also able to keep those items and still got my refund.
I eceived two dresses but was not keen on the colour. I needed to return them as there was a fault with one. I was given a voucher for the value of the dresses so I could have more. Trisha was super helpful in answering my questions.
I love the clothings sold on Pat Pat and prices are affordable as well. Most importantly, the service was good. I wanted to return a product that was ordered and Veejay C. Had helped me resolve it promptly by giving me options for the return. I'm very happy that the options provided to me have taken into account of my convenience. Thank you for the great service provided.
I ordered enough to have 2-4 day shipping still waiting and they snatched my money in one day! Not ever sure if that's legal! They lie my package has not even arrived at the USPO! They are worthless and have never ever had a problem with Amazon! I've been waiting 3 weeks! Amazon 1-2 days! NEVER AGAIN! Oh yeah California! Disgusted!
