Arrdev went over and beyond my expectations. He provided options to solve my case and guided trough the process. I received always promt and polite answers. Cannot imagine better costumer service.
Cheap sheer shiny material not like pictures. Same quality as my kids Halloween costume from Walmart. It was supposed to be light greyish blue, white and light pink. It ended up being red white and blue. Seams unfinished and crooked, customer service unresponsive. Scammers got my money and gave me low quality item I didn't order.
I will not be ordering from PatPat again. My items were not what they appeared to be and one was even damaged (or just very poorly made). When attempting to return (refund still pending), they tried many ways to keep from giving me my cash refund back, instead offering a tiered program of store credit. They also asked for an exchange of a positive review for store credit. The agent was helpful, but this is not how I like to transact. Also important to note, my items took weeks to arrive to my home.

When I got them on my son's shorts it's 6-7 years and it's looks like for a toddler 2 o 3 years they're so beautiful but the quality so poor

ALWAYS USE PAYPAL! I'll start with I did get my items and they are decent quality and true to size, BUT I ordered them on June 10th and did not receive them until July 30th after many attempts to email them on it. Shipping said the package was delivered, but it wasn't. Then it said the package was being shipped back because I never picked it up. I ended up emailing 3 times and facebooking them twice but never got a true response. Then they emailed back saying they created a case for me to get them. Still didn't come after 2 weeks. I ended up trying to dispute the payment over paypal, which is when they actually shipped my items out and I got them within a week. I will never buy from them again just based on the fact that it took a month and a half to get 2 swimsuits.

BBB of Mountain View, CA gives tham an "F" and if you order, you will find out why: No delivery of items, no tracking, false claims of item sent, MULTIPLE SPAM EMAILS.

Company return policy sounds good on paper but in actuality it does not exist. I wouldn't order again from them.

I ordered three items, which arrived very quickly. However, one of the shirts gaped open even though it fit well otherwise. Customer service was very difficult to contact as they didn't respond to the e-mail submissions on their website (the only given way to contact them). When I finally did get hold of them, they kept refusing to issue a refund in favor of merchandise credit. Finally, I was notified that the customer is responsible for the shipping label, even with unacceptable merchandise.

I made a large order of different nursing clothes items. Upon receiving the items some of them were not what I expected. I contacted customer service and was put in touch with Felix. He was friendly and clear in his communication. I was able to receive a store credit for the items I was not happy with. Overall I was really impressed with the service and company.
Has clothes for everything dress up, casual, summer winter. They run a little small but customer service is there to help with the issues.
I had already placed my order and paid the shipping fee when I remembered about another item I wanted to purchase. Instead of existing me to pay the shipping fee again, I was told by Trisha to make the purchase, pay the shipping fee anther or would be refunded to me. Thank you Trisha and Pat Pat for the speedy response and great service.
The customer service was wonderful in helping me return a shirt that was too small. Karen P. Was very friendly and made the return quick and easy!
The customer service that I have received throughout has been amazing. They have been extremely helpful and generous, nothing has been to much trouble. Even though I wasn't happy with my order they offered me a purchase code to replace my items and get something that I am happy with.
