I made online shopping worth almost 500£

Its been a 33 days, I have placed my order, I did not receive any of them
When I tried to contact the service team, very very poor response
The tracking numbers which they gave will not work or will not show any accurate details
I just worried the whole website is a scam, they are cheating
Worst part is that, they stopped replying to my mails
Worst decision of my life to spend 500£ in patpat
I would never recommend any body to do any shopping in this horrible website

Asked to cancel my order immediately after it was placed as items don't ship for upwards to 20 days. Was advised I needed to wait for them to receive management approval to cancel. Five days later they shipped the items and then told me I could not longer cancel because the items were shipped. Returned the items as soon as they arrived (which I had to pay and additional $15 to do) and at still waiting for a refund two months later.

Never received my products, still waiting to receive my refund. This company is a fraud and a total joke. I have waited for them to ship my parcel for more then 2 weeks and they haven't done it, therefore I asked for a cancellation and a refund. They have done the cancellation and after more then 1 week I still haven't received my money back.
Please don't buy from them as you are only going to lose your money.

Received great service from Karen P at Patpat, who arranged reshipment of my purchase right after I contacted them for product damage during transport. Very nice and professional.
I made some purchases from Pat Pat. I had some issues with what I bought and they were very helpful in finding an acceptable solution.
Their website is very deceptive, claiming to be in California. They are in China and fill the web with fake reviews. I have to open a PayPal claim because they do not deliver what they advertise.

Literally not even the same dress, not even close. For $35 I expected better. No free shipping on returns even though this is clearly a scam item

We are happy with the products we got. There the first shipment was lost, and PatPat replaced it an no additional charge. Be aware that your shipping time may vary quite a lot. The staff are helpful though. Be patient and they will make it happen. They stayed in touch and kept the process going until the shipment was delivered.
Remember, these are not premium garments, but it's reasonable quality for the price. If you're expecting the same quality you'd find at KeeDO or Earthchild, be prepared to spend more money.
I ordered a few shirts and was happy with the quality but I ordered the wrong sizes. I contacted customer service and I was really happy with how they helped me. They went above and beyond!

Good quality and fast delivery! My order can before estimated time. The quality was good and the dresses were beautiful. One dress was (18-24mos) way to big, but I emailed customer service and within 3 days they had a resolution that was nice. I will definitely buy more from them soon.
I love the mommy and me matching outfits. We did get one outfit that was a white dress that was a bit see through, but PEARL B. Was awesome at taking care of the situation and offering a full refund for the items. :) Will definitely continue to order from them.
