Ordered over a week ago and paid for rush shipping. We received a confirmation and the tracking number is not working. Cannot get a phone number and if you do it's an automated service. No return call, no update on package, no customer service. Buyer beware, total scam. Now kids are upset because our Christmas pictures in matching pajamas on the beach during our vacation will not happen. (This was their idea, they picked out the pajamas). Thanks for nothing patpat
The items arrived within days of ordering. After receiving the items I realized the size I ordered was too big. They quickly offered a full refund and told me to keep or donate the items that were too big. The quality of the items were also good.
Two weeks into the process of trying to get the right size pants with no resolution. I was asked to send pictures and information and did. No response to three emails. Called and spoke to two representatives each time promising that the issue would be rectified and no response or resolution. I ordered the red pants in the picture below in a size 2 to 3 years and that is the size I received. The pink pants next to the red ones are the correct size for a 2 to 3-year-old at 100. The pants I received are size 130. The customer service representative insists that the 130 is the right size for a 2 to 3-year-old. The pants are taller than she is! There is an obvious problem with the sizing! Beyond frustrated!

I enjoy using this company for clothing for my daughters and me. It is cute and affordable with lots of good deals.!
Very slow in shipping my order. Took three weeks from payment and was told my order would take 5 days. The quality of clothes was below average. Very cheaply made. Definitely would not order from Pat Pat again.

I love the quality and variety of these products and the material is soft for my baby's skin.

I was very excited about purchasing nursing clothing and spent weeks trying to decide what outfits I would purchase for my well deserved shopping spree. I never spend money on myself and don't have any to begin with. Boy was I disappointed- I have never experienced such cheap material- I am talking cheaper than Walmart- cheaper than Kmart- cheaper than dollar tree fabrics- the concepts are amazing, the design is perfect, but the fabric and zippers and even thread is cheaper than you can imagine! See-through fabrics that are thinner than plastic bag- all 6 items I bought. I wore one item so have to keep it- but it is pretty depressing that I have to- I paid $24 for something that will likely rip the next time I wear it. I usually only write positive reviews but want to save another young mom this tragedy-

Bought a couple shirts and they didn't look at all like what I ordered. Not even the same material. One shirt has flowers on it and they're all blurry. Terrible quality. Will never buy from there again.

Worst experience in Online shopping. First, I order few dresses for my wife and kid and end up poor Quality of dresses after waiting for weeks. I wanted to return politely but the customer service agent convinced me to have a reward and promised we will do a good Job in next order. I ordered the replacement order, and this took even longer than my first order to get it delivered. Not only it took forever to get it delivered but also even such WORSE QUALITY. The Jacket I ordered was full of threads and pieces of wool coming off from it. When I wore it, it just left the Lint all over my dresses
HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED! This is happening for the SECOND TIME! Don't trust their poor products imported from china for so much of money! NOT WORTH IT ALLLLLLL! Please don't waste your time and money.

Would order from them again... clothing was exactly what I order at a decent price. Shipped out fast. Only thing about them is that the clothes sizes runs bigger so I just order a size smaller.
I have always had an amazing experience with this company. Their products are so unique and great quality. The customer service team is also excellent: fast, and fix the problem so I am 100% satisfied!
Purchase clothes for my grandson and the dye is so strong it burns my eyes. Now I can't rerun because they won't send address

The jackets that I ordered were exactly as shown on the website but were a little too snug and the "pockets" on the front were fake ie. Non-functioning. Pricing was great. I worked with Ronnie in customer service via email per their return policy. While it seemed like a pain in the butt to take photos of my purchase, my return was resolved more swiftly and efficiently than other online stores. I definitely recommend Patpat!

My experience with Patpat has been very satisfying. My order was not as I expected, but RONNIE, the person who helped me, was very helpful, and got it all figured out for me. And went above and beyond the required help. They even have refunded me which is not something I can say for all online companies. Thanks!
I skeptical on making a purchase online without knowing an accurate size chart; as well as not having a customer service line to contact of any issues. However, the items were received pretty prompt (within a week). Each item also came in a cute zip lock bag. Unfortunately I didn't get the right sizes, and had to request a refund. I received a response from Ronnie within hours, and without question they processed a refund. I appreciate that type of service and will certainly return as a customer. Now I will just have to watch my account to be sure the refund processed within 7-15 days.
Patpat has the best product. The garments, the stitching, the fitting, they are the best! I had ordered from Patpat outfits that are the same for the whole family. There are pajama sets, for going out, for daddy and sons, and for mommy and daughters. All these products are really worthy for their respective prices.
I'm so disappointed *******@patpatshopping, I purchased a few outfits from the website on September 22nd of 2019. They refunded me for an outfit that apparently was out of stock when on the website was availabe for purchase? It said on my confirmation email and on the website that it would arrive on sep30-08oct. And by today 11th of September is still showing that the order has not yet arrived? Are yoy guys playing with people?

They should offer classes in customer service! Love their products and their service. Our granddaughter loved all the clothes we bought.
I had a minor issue with my online as they don't ship for many days, Rohanie was able to help me quickly in removing an item from my order (easily and without delay!) and redirecting the order to another country as we were travelling shortly. I was very impressed with the service and we love our purchases!
