Don't order from this company! I ordered pajamas for my family and they never came. Packing label was created and items were not shipped. I have emailed multiple times and no help! I wish I would have read the reviews!

Ordering is a gamble...

First time ordering from this site. I was very annoyed that despite the page I was on indicated CAD I was in fact charged USD. Nowhere on the confirmation email does it indicate USD. The only way I discovered it was seeing my bank statement and then going back to the website to order status where is does show the change in currency. It is VERY misleading as I would not have purchased at what I was charged. The website should be updated to clearly indicate USD.
Order did arrive in a timely fashion and the family was happy. However the quality and comfort we received were not worth the Canadian price we paid for them.

Don't trust this company!

I will NEVER use this company again
I will NEVER use this company again EVER. I have a family tradition of wearing onesies to bed on Christmas Eve and ours are going to arrive on Christmas night... I ordered them on December 7th and it was 3 to 5 business days to ship them. I am FURIOUS. I don't have time to run out and get anything else. They have not been responsive as I have been calling them and emailing them for a week worried that my family tradition will be ruined. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

I ordered these pjs for Christmas 2018 which didn't arrive until way after Christmas, so I decided to just use them for this Christmas. I just put them up and we tried them on this morning for our Hawaii Christmas picture on the beach... what a joke. I'm a small lady and the small pjs legs were completely different sizes, one leg is so tight the material is stretched so think you can see through it, the other leg is okay. The top to the pjs is also to short. They are very cheaply made. I'm very disappointed considering I didn't complain from last year. My husbands an x-large and his fit fine. I think this is a site where you never know what you're going to get. I will never order from this company again. Pretty much ruined our Christmas photos.

It looks like everyone is having the same problem. I have ordered from PatPat about 4 times and this is the first time I'm having issues. I received my items in a timely manner without paying for express shipping before. This time around I paid express shipping because I waited a little too long to order. My order shipped December 11th and since then has been "En Route to DHL eCommerce" and that's all. No other update. Customer service can't give me an update. I am mostly upset that I paid for Express shipping and it won't be here within the time frame they said. Luckily, I used PayPal and since PatPat won't refund you until you receive your items I'm hoping since I paid through PayPal I'll get it sooner.

Genuine suprise

I am genuinely surprised by some of the reviews on here, I am a UK customer so that may be the difference Item arrived quickly and although it was too large, the quality was fab, and the returns procedure was dealt with so efficiently I would not hesitate to reorder! No problems my end!

Although I did not receive my Christmas PJs in time for Christmas, www.Patpat.com did make things right and refunded my purchase 100% and allowed me to keep the merchandise. The quality seems good although I will not wear them until Christmas 2020. Wished www.PatPat.com would consider a different shipping method in the future to allow reasonable shipping times.

DO NOT BUY FROM PATPAT

I'm almost 100% sure that the 5 star reviews left on here are paid by Pat Pat. Save yourself the stress, have been going back and fourth with customer service, no one knows where my package of almost 200$ is. I ordered it early and even made it express delivery and confirmed with customer service. Everyone gives you the run around and most of their products are being shipped from Hong Kong but they state Fremont Cali. Seriously save yourself the headache. Seems like their email support is just an automated message, no detail no info. Called customer service same thing, employees have no clue & really don't seem to care. SMH

I ordered baby clothes for Christmas on Dec 9th-it has been sitting in Fremont, CA since the 13th - today is the Dec 19th. It takes 10 days for processing and up to 3 weeks for delivery - I found out after I had ordered the clothing. Thank goodness I went through PayPal, so if the order is cancelled, I'm sure I will get a refund. If the order is cancelled I will be reporting it to Rip-off.com
I will never do business with this company again.

Ridiculous
December 17, 2019

I ordered a Christmas dress for my grand babies first Christmas in Nov it is now dec 18 and still hasn't left China. All pat pat is a expensive wish. It will not arrive before Christmas so now I'll have to wait a month for a refund and now I have go purchase another dress. I will be reporting them to the BBB this place is a joke the want the money but you won't get your stuff in a timely matter and customer service is a joke they will do nothing about it!

Worse Site Ever
December 15, 2019

I ordered our family PJs on 12/1. Today is 12/14 and my order hasn't been shipped! I paid for express shipping and that didn't happen! I hope I get them by Xmas eve! I emailed DHL for a tracking status and never got a response. Would NEVER recommend this company or order again! Even with the 40% discount I supposedly got!

They're thieves

I ordered Christmas pajamas a month ago, they still haven't been shipped and when I contacted the company for a refund so I could ordinary elsewhere, since Christmas is just days away, they told me I had to wait for my package, reject it and when they got it back they would refund me! Seriously? It's been sitting in China for a month already "preparing to be shipped ". This company literally is just stealing people's money

Terrible shipping

Extremely accommodating!

Wow- the folks at PatPat are great. Not only are the clothes excellent and if a great quality, but their team went over the top for me when I asked to return an item and made the process incredibly simple. I've never had such a great and easy experience with an online retailer.

I placed an order for my granddaughter. Nearly impossible to get order status. Zero response from customer service. I was about to have my bank cancel payment when the package arrived.

Quality of products were less than I expected. Oddly, all the clothes had the tags on the OUTSIDE of the garment. I thought maybe it was to remind parents to remove the tags or so they would not irritate baby's skin. One of the outfits was an orange color. It bled all over the rest of the load of laundry! Ugh!

I gave 1 star just to leave this note, be very careful with these people is impossible to be able to track ur order and 5 days after order was supposed to be delivered I found out it has been cancelled even though payment was withdrew from my bank. All the had to say " sorry for ur inconvenient that had caused you! Are u for real? 5 days after delivery date no email no contact sorry? I am extremely disappointed have not much time to shop for x-MAS now

Impossible to track where your package is and who exactly is shipping your order and from where. I'm still waiting and ordered three weeks ago and this is an expedited parcel which usually has guaranteed 3 day delivery within Canada. Price reduction is not worth the worry
