I ordered mask from Pat Pat because I'm an essential worker and can't work without them and the site stated my items would arrive in 5-9 days. Just as soon as I placed the order it changed from will arrive to will arrive 5-9 days after shipped. Won't receive your item until about 13 or more days from what they told me when I emailed them. Thy reply back wasn't ok I can expedite your items just do u want them or not I will never order from them again

I ordered a gorgeous romper for my daughter. I have received my package it's not even an article of clothing. I spent $15 total shipping included for a tornado combat judgement joker toy for a little boy. I honestly don't even know how to go about contacting them to get my money back if anyone could help that would be amazing because this is ridiculous. Picture is of what I received which is definitely NOT clothing.

I have tried contacting but no response. I order 4 items that where all on sale, now 8 days later they are not on sale and they have taken more money out my account to make up for them no longer being on sale no more. Tried canceling my order and I can't. Being an influencer ill be warning people away from this site unless it's handled in the right way.

Absolutely love patpat and all there matching mommy and me sets they also helped me with a quick and fast return for items that didn't fit i highly recommend patpat.
I have tried every way I know to contact this company about my order which included two items that I did not order and one order that I need to exchange for another size. I cannot get my info to go through off their site - even though I have filled out everything perfectly. There is NO other way to contact this company. This is why I normally don't order from overseas and have learned my lesson. All I want to do is contact this company! Ridiculous.

The clothes and shoes I ordered for my girls are Adorable! The maturnity shirts are perfect! I will continue to order from here! JIMMY was also an excellent customer service representative.
Do not do business with Patpat. I ordered weeks ago. It said it would take 3-5 business day, more like 3-5 WEEKS. When I contacted them via email, they said 15 to 25 business days. When I requested a refund, they said it's being reviewed. Then another email said they can't issue my refund.
I'm STILL waiting for my order. I had to reschedule our family photoshoot twice. I ended up contacting my bank. Emailing customer service is a waste of time, all you will get is automated replies. When they give you a tracking number it lead to nowhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered quite some items from this company only to find out that they were cheap quality and not true to size. My true problem, however, deals with two specific items. One item was not true to the advertised color at all (a dull gray-green rather than dark green as shown on the website). The other item -- a breastfeeding top -- doesn't even cover my breasts when worn normally!
To make matters worse, I have tried filing a product quality complaint using their website but the page never submits. Lastly, I have noticed that some enthusiastic reviewers on this site and others have used the same very specific wording, which has made me question their positive experience, and in agreeing to write this review I got a message from sitejabber stating that this company has been known to offer "discounts, coupons or other compensation in exchange for reviews." Do not trust that your experience will be better than mine!

I bought some clothes for myself, while waiting for the package found out that I was pregnant. Contacted customer service and Pearl B. Was very responsive (even though it was a weekend), very accommodating, generous and respectful to the situation. Clothing is good quality perfect for the summer won't be able to wear it though. Kids clothing was spot in in sizes and just as bright as pictured.

I wish I could of chosen 0 stars. I do a lot of online shopping, I would NEVER even bother with this site again. Let's pretend the website actually let you click anything & didn't have several glitches, they fail to even notify you if your packages will be arriving late. Or in my case, to let you know after 11 days, they haven't even bothered to PROCESS the payment. As I prep for a family vacation, I thought it would be cute for all of us to have matching outfits, after several back and forth emails to finally get to the heart of the matter, they explained the women's suit was not available, so I'm sure you're thinking "then why didn't it say "out of stock" on the site?" Or even send an email to let me know? I also was wondering the same. So now come to find out after inquiring myself, shipping is NOT what they advertise (up to ten days) the shipping is also NOT the estimated arrival, otherwise I would have had my packages January 4-8th, yet my packages weren't even processed lol. So further frustration lies when I contacted them to explain these issues, the immediately offered me a 20% refund, if I continued on with the order, I simply asked when it would be arriving if I chose that route & they responded with "We apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot guarantee the delivery time of the order" so what you're saying is, I paid $120 dollars to not know when my packages are coming? Well, after 19 emails back and forth, they are sending a refund but ALSO didn't mention when that would be until I once again required, come to find out it "USUALLY" is "processed 7-15 days depending on bank holidays and excluding weekends" I'll assume a full 15 days IF not longer since they took this long to FAIL at processing a payment. Horrible company, horribly handled & a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered over $300 worth of Christmas jammies for my son's family and daughter's family. One order came in just a few weeks, the other sat in holding with some "partner " agency for weeks. I kept emailing them. The 2nd order was finally received and they credited me 50% to be used on their site. It happened again! The order has been sitting at some "vendor" since 12-18 with no movement. I will never order from them again!
