The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are constantly changing the delivery date. I order things that they had on their website. Then took my money and never told me that they didn't have the items in stock. When they finally got them items. They told me I would receive my items in a week. I ordered the items in mid April. I'm still waiting on my items. Only thing they keep giving me is new dates. I'm one pissed Customer... On May 23, I finally received my things. Which had been smashed and the shield looked as if it had been used because it had nasty stuff on the window of it. So, afraid to use because of what has been going on...
I placed an order 3 1/2 weeks ago and it hasnt even been shipped, my delivery date has came and gone and all they can tell me is it's done being packaged and should be shipped soon, a week later and still nothing!

I ordered some clothes about 2 months ago and I have not received it yet. My first ordered finally just been shipped but have not received any further notice as to where it is. My 2 ordered has been setting on "packing" for 2 weeks now. I tried to cancel the orders but that was impossible. I was concerned as to when my order will come since my baby is due soon.

I made an order almost 20 days back. When I enquired about the order they said that "order was back ordered due to high demand". In response, I said then cancel that particular item whichever is taking a long time and ship the rest.
It never happened. My whole order is stuck because of just one item. Really?

Hi, I have ordered so many items because my granddaughter had grown out of everything. Unfortunately, it has been about six weeks since confirmation of my order and I still have not received anything. It's impossible to contact them, causing me a lot of stress, so I had to go out in this covid 19 situation and shop for other clothes. I am sure, if I eventually receive the items from this company, my grandchild would have grown out of them. I would not recommend using this company again.

I placed my order worth 295Aud on 9 April 2020 and supposed to be delivered by 20 April. But after more than 1 month still waiting for it to arrive. I e-mailed pat pat so many times but every time different excuses. After 35 days it's still not been shipped yet and these clothes will be not useful now.
I got the wrong sizes in 4/ 7 items even though I double checked on my order to make sure I asked for the right size. Not a simple way to complete a return, exchange or refund request. The form keeps on glitching. No phone numbers in sight or emails to establish contact with the company. Plus I read there's no free shipping for returns. Terrible! My first time and Won't use them again.

Everything was pegged in CAD$ until i paid. (even the total). Only checked my credit card few days later and it indicated I had been charged in US$ and my total was now $60 more. I tried to resolve this but they told me "our charges are in US$ even when marked in CAD$". At the end I lost $60+. What a scam!

I am a new mom with plenty of new mom friends and mommies to be. We all were curious if this is really a scam or is it actually cute baby clothes for a great price. I decided to be the guinea pig and give it a try. What a mistake! I order clothes over a month and half ago and have not received anything. Despite multiple emails not a word has been said to me. This is a complete scam do not waste your time or money. I am sure eventually I will receive the clothes. When my daughter is a completely different size. Dont let the you tube commercials fool you. Just go to Target.

I should have checked your reviews before i made an order from you. I made an order April 14th and yet I am still waiting on my package to arrive and it is now May 5th! This is unacceptable! Shocking. They take your money and then dont send any goods, then block you from your account saying 'email not reconised' so you cant even 'track' your order. Most likely because they have not sent the items. I ordered over 3 weeks ago. This is a scam website beware.

Update: PatPat's Customer service contacted me and I was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Because of their quick response and receiving a full refund I have I updated my review to a two star.
I'll start by saying I wasn't expecting the best items, but I was expecting wearable. Absolutely the worst quality clothing I have ever purchased, very disappointed. The sizing was off on 2/3 items (I did
Measure and read all available sizing information) and the cheap fabric on the dresses was very see through. You would not be able to wear these cloths outside of the house. Thankfully each item wasn't too expensive (this should have been my warning), but I did waste $50 and had to wait 3 weeks for the package to arrive. Save yourself the money, hassle and disappointment and DO NOT buy from PatPat!

I ordered about 2 weeks ago. I received two e-mails saying they are waiting for other items to come in. That was over a week ago. Well before i start i have all prove and emails and screenshots if you need them contact me.
I don't recommend you to use this website at all, i made order at 02/04/2020 and i received confirmation email, after 15 days i checked the website and it showed me my order still processing.
I contacted the support to cancel my order and refund me, but no respond and they dont want to cancel after two days they cancel one item from my order and they change the status of the order to packaging, then i open a case in PayPal and Paypal refund me,
PatPat sent me email asking me for 5 star review in TrustPilot and google, and they will pay $12 for the review, and i have the emails if you need them.

I ordered items from them and expected them before Easter. They held my order up them a after waiting awhile informed me that some of my items were not available. So they held my order up for no reason. I placed order on March 30th and guess what. Still no merchandise. Little 10% off coupons does not make this any better. I will never order from them again. I highly DO NOT recommend. Try Little Bear and Bean. They are a great company for kids clothes. So anyways. Needless to say my grandkids Easter stuff never go here. Everything I have ordered has been exactly how it looked online. It was sturdy material and always gotten delivered. Clothes are made of good material and customer service was very fast.
