First and last time ever placing an order. My package has been "preparing for arrival" for over a month. The customer service is an absolute joke they simply respond with a tracking number that has the message"Your package is on its way to a USPS facility" THEREFORE IT IS NOT SHIPPED! I can create a package label and give someone the tracking information that means absolutely nothing. Its been over a month of waiting to arrive to the usps facility... I mean seriously never again so much for this ENTIRE order considering it WAS intended to be a birthday gift which the birthday has long past. BEWARE! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE I EVER ORDERED!
I ordered almost $100 worth of stuff for my unborn child. The items were suppose to arrive from 4/24-4/28 the latest. It is May 18th and my order supposedly has been in some location for the past 2 weeks! UNBELIEVABLE, that's if that's even true.
I sent an email and they replied saying that I would get my order by May 15th the latest. Well, guess what?!?!? My items are still at the same location. And this is only half of the stuff I ordered, not even my complete order!
I emailed them twice again because I have not gotten an honest answer of when I'll get my items or if I'll get them at all. After reading the reviews, I am concerned I won't even get what I actually bought.
It's ridiculous that they took money out of my account and keep lying about shipping and delivery. I literally ordered stuff from every other agency for my baby and I've gotten everything just in time. There is no valid excuse! First and last time I'll ever shop for this company.

I finally received my items. It took 2 1/2 weeks to receive from my order date. The weird thing is I received an email that my order shipped on 5/1, but did not receive the package until 5/13. Anyway, I need to return some of my items due to sizing and fit. I have emailed them several times but have not received a response. I checked my spam, but there is not a response there either. There is no phone number online and no other instruction on how to initiate a return.

I ordered from pat pat over a month ago. A LOT of money spent because my daughter was close to outgrowing her current clothing. Now she's completely outgrown everything and almost FIVE WEEKS LATER I have not heard a THING from the company. Stay away stay far away. I was expecting a SHEIN/ ROMWE experience and got something completely disgusting in its place. They will LITERALLY rob you.

Sadly I've had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I've reached out to customer service not once but twice and haven't heard anything. I checked spam and nothing is there I placed my order on APRIL 20th. They gave me a tracking number that leads no where it "shipped" over a week ago and I can't seem to locate it. I'm highly disappointed definitely feel like this company is a scam.

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered my items on 3rd April and have not received a single thing... I am 8 and a half months pregnant and have sent numerous emails explaining how stressful this is for me, now not having the money to order my child's clothes before she arrives. They have completely ignored all of my correspondence regarding refunding my money and I have literally been in tears about this. I highly recommend that people take their business elsewhere before being put through the same experience.

Placed an order April 13th(?), Order shipped may 6. Before shipping they kept contact due to covid that it would be delayed. Okay no biggie. Well, may 9th came around, emailed customer support. Nothing. Emailed again on the 11th and tried to call. Nothing. Needless to say, I've wasted roughly $24 on a friend's child's birthday present.

The quality and the price is so cheap, but the quality feels like Zara. Beyond my expectations! Recommend this to everyone specially a twin mom like me who has to buy in pairs.

I ordered back in March or April sometime, 2 separate orders and I never received either one. They keep sending me emails saying it is on hold somewhere. They were quick to take my money but not deliver. I will be fighting these charges. I will never order from them again. Seriously what a big scam!

Please don't buy from this company, I have over a month waiting for my order to be delivered, apparently is waiting since may 06 for a delivery company to get to USPS, I think it's a scam and they keep sending the same email over a over, NO EXCUSES, there is plenty time for this order to be delivered, they also erased the negative comments posted on Instagram, this was supposed to be a birthday present and ended up buying from another company, not even a week and the order was received for my niece. I ordered clothes on April 13, they were allegedly shipped April 23rd. After a week of nothing changing with my tracking location, (and 2 separate emails to customer service), I was finally told my order being shipped out of California is actually coming from Hong Kong. It's now May 14th, and there has still been no movement whatsoever on my order.
I get it. This is in the middle of a pandemic, I'm trying to be reasonable and patient, (be patient was what a customer service rep specifically asked me to be). But, at this point it's a month out, I have no idea when/if my order will arrive, my son won't fit into any of it sooner than later, and no one on their end seems to care.
Can't wait to receive it, and have the chore of returning it all. As I've already been told I can't get a refund.

I ordered some baby clothes on the 5th of May and the items arent even packed yet. I enquired twice about the order but havent heard from anyone yet. I should have searched this website and read the reviews before placing an order. What a complete waste of time and money (they charge you in USD! WHEN all of the items are in NZD). Really disappointing as I thought I would order clothes from here regularly.

Definitely should've read reviews before purchasing. I ordered on April 28th and my two dresses are still not here. Apparently your shipping partner newgistics is notoriously awful and so far, my experience proves right. My order is stuck with them and my tracking info has not been updated in 5 days when the last location is very close to me! All my other orders have managed to come in on time despite covid. Im not even sure I'll receive my order at this point. Never ordering from this site again, lesson learned.

If I do not received my items soon, I will dispute with the credit card company. What's happening, they're using our money. I'm very unhappy with their service. I have sent several emails. This was my first to ordering from this place and will definitely be my last. I made sure to order items that the website said was in stock and paid for express shipping because I needed the mommy and me dresses for my daughters dedication. It took them two weeks just to send me an email and inform me that the items I ordered were backlogged. Did not give me a new ETA or anything. If they would have contacted me within the week I ordered the items and let me know something then I could have made an order elsewhere and gotten dresses in time for my daughters dedication. Now it is too late! Hope this helps someone who is on the fence about ordering from this place. DON'T DO IT!

I ordered for the 1st time at patt parts and spent 70 dollars on 8 things family matching swim suits and it has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my packages I've emailed 2x no reply back at all when I track my items it dosnt say anything so I payed for this and cant get my stuff or have anyone return my emails!
