They took my money before my item was shipped. Apparently they have a 3rd party that deliver their items to the post office. They took money out of my account on April 20th, then they said they shipped my package on May 4th. Gave me a tracking number and everything. For a week I tracked the package. It reads " your package has been picked up by a partner delivery service and it's on its way to USPS. USPS awaiting package." I contacted Patpat on May 11th asking them about my shipment. They reply with what basically says, our 3rd party took it, just wait for it. So I waited a few more days to see if the tracking has improved. It didn't. Mind you that the 3rd party is delivering to a USPS that is in the same zip code as 3rd party. So I emailed Patpat and told them I wasn't a full refund and that I do not want their item any longer. I told them if they will not refund my money I will have no choice but to call my card company. Their reply: "we are sorry for the inconvenience, but your item has left our facility and can't not be stopped." So I called my card company. The card company refunded my money. Then when I tracked the package just to see if anything happened to it. To my surprise the package is going back to Patpat. They told me that they couldn't stop the package, so the whole time they could of called their 3rd party and ask about why is it not getting to USPS, but they didn't. But once you called your card company that's when they want to do something. I've heard of a lot of positive reviews about this company and wanted to give it a try, but my experience was horrible. I will never buy for these sites again!
Cute clothing but does not reach the hands when due. The system shows one date while your order actual date far exceeds. No customer service to answer questions. Their site says they want the best for their families but the reality is like every other business they care about your money, not you. It is apprehensive that you would take a consumers money and never deliver the product and worse, leave no possible way to be contacted in which a person actually answers. This is theft and you will have to pay for it.

I will never order from PatPat again. I ordered two weeks before Mother's Day and still haven't received anything. I've reached out multiple times and nothing. I spent well over $100 USD for mommy and me outfits and no one has the decency to tell me anything. When I looked on the app it just says "your package is being transferred". I wouldn't recommend at all.

PatPat is taking advantage of parents and covid by purposely delaying shipment for over a month and half now... claiming that they have issues with covid. What online order takes more than a month and half to deliver... and mind you I AM STILL WAITING ON THIS ORDER! THEY ARE SCAMMERS and refusing to return my money saying that I NEEd to wait for it to deliver. FEMALE DOG, THEN FORKING DELIVER MY POOP!
PLEASE FAMILIES! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IF they have issues in their delivery service, they need to change their policy on the website but they are refusing to do that because they want to scam you of the money! THE original email confirmation said 3-7 days. I was expecting maybe a two week delay because I have done online ordering from others places but over a forking month is ridiculous and there has not been any change of ups except that fact thats its sitting in a California building and not being shipped to forking ILLINOIS!
I HATE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE BAD REWIEWS everyday until they give me my money back! DO NOT BUY POOP HERE!
I have ordered quite a few items for my grand daughter they really looked good on the site for an ok price. When they arrived we were all very disappointed material synthetic, badly finished some of the pictures on the cloth were even upside down. Everything has to be returned and I hope I will be refunded.

I've placed my first and last order with PatPat! I ordered April 14th and like everyone else I am getting the run around. I've gotten different responses as to what's happening with my order, at this point they're taking people's money and scamming us! Why is it I order from another site yesterday and it's already been shipped. PatPat stop using Covid as an excuse and stealing everyone's money! I will be disputing with my bank because I'm sure I'd have to fight for a refund with you thieves!

The status on my order has said shipped for the past 2 weeks. I contacted customer support an nothing. I ordered back in April! If I don't hear anything by June 5th I will dispute with my card company & take my business else where.an I don't wanna hear anything about covid because I've received other packages on time with no delays!

I placed an order with PatPat on the 27/04/2020 and to date still have not received it. I got a token to 15$ off my second purchase and I ordered on the 12/05/2020 some more cause it would essentially be for free. This has surprisingly been shipped 19/05/2020.
My first order is still m. I. a.
Avoid they advertise a USA base but it is all a sham. They are a Chinese Company with an Office in the USA everything is shipped from China and when you try and get information you get a copy paste message from their site. No human interaction or follow up.

This company is absolute garbage. I placed 2 orders on April 27 with a delivery date of May4-7. It is now May 22 and I STILL have not received my order. I spoke to someone at customer service and they were extremely rude. And my purchase date was changed! ( I have screenshots for proof) there have been no updates to shipping and they can't even give me a delivery date, I'm pretty sure that's against FTC regulations. The lady said "hopefully " I'll receive my packages next week but she couldn't give me a date. And they won't issue a refund. They take your money real quick but have no interest in whether or not you receive what you've paid for! I will NEVER order from this 'company' again. They should be out of business. This is definitely fraudulent and unethical business practices. Please spend your money somewhere else unless you like losing your money and headaches.

Honestly I got really mad because I ordered my items 2 different time period but the one I ordered later for my friend's baby arrived first. The problem is that I placed order on 8th April and till now no idea what happened to my order. They gave me public tracking order website to track. All I know is that there is problem piece and they are trying to handle? The customer service never really answered my question. I asked whether I can just get what is available and just cancel problem piece, never really got an answer to it. I don't mind waiting but the problem is that if I wait any longer the size won't fit my baby and its been over a month already. I tried letting them know this but all Im told is to wait. I reached out because I can't wait any longer. An order I placed on 27th April I received it on 21st May already so why is my order placed 8th April have not been received till now and no one is exactly telling me what is going on.
Update: forgot to let you know that the quality of the material ain't that great either. Although they say 95% cotton in the website, it's actually not. Beware of that as well.

Horrible experience! I buy a lot of products online. This is far THE worst experience I've ever had. I placed my order April 1st. I am still waiting for it. I contacted them several times. They responded giving me the same answer. My order is en route and they are delayed due to COVID outbreak. Delayed almost two months?! Again, I shop a lot online. I'm not a Rookie. It's a complete BS. The Tracking number they give you is useless. There's no actual information on it. They stop responding to my messages after I asked for refund.

I alike another review I read. Placed an order on April 8 and PatPat received payment on April 9. It is now May 21 and I have still not received my order or a refund. I have sent several emails to customer service and ask of yet have not gotten a reply. This is so sad, because I have placed orders in the past and was very pleased with products and service. But if they don't make this right either by getting my order to me or give me a complete refund, then I will no longer order from them

I ordered 150$ worth of item which they did not hesitate to take out of my account and 30 days later my order status still says order fulfilled, not packed, not shipped. I went to their site to contact the company and they disabled the "where's my order" option. How do I know? I asked them where my package was under another subject just to see if it would work and it did. I will soon call my bank to claim fraud if I don't get a response soon. This is not normal business behavior. If i were you, I would wait until this covid thing go away because they are obviously way over their heads at the moment.

I have been waiting over a month for my order. They are now canceling 1 item at a time and refunding me once a week, yet have not sent 1 item out of the dozen I ordered! I try and talk to them and it's all computer automated no real person at all!

It took 7 weeks for my stuff to come. One outfit was clearly not 12-18 months, one outfit looked like a 7 year old sewed it, and one outfit was made out of material that felt stiff and scratchy. Even after washing several times in fabric softener. Honestly wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from them. You would be better off going shopping at Walmart or target so you can see what your buying before purchasing it.

Wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order on April 6th. I reached out to the company and they told me it was on backorder apologized and gave me a 10% coupon. Not sure why I had to reach out first to get a status update. I reached out to them again to see if its been shipped. Attached picture is what I was emailed. I find this irresponsible and unprofessional. I understand mail has been delayed but this is going close to 2 months. You should inform your customers of the status and not have customers have to contact you for an update.
