I ordered some clothes for my daughter over a month ago, I still haven't got them! Starting to wonder if I got scammed...
The "contact us" form on the site doesn't work. It's been almost a month since I've placed my order and I still haven't received my package or have any idea where it is. I understand Covid-19 has been effecting business all over, but not knowing where my package is worries me. This is my first time shopping with this company and I spent quite a bit believing that I could trust them based on other reviews.
Glen gave me Great customer service when I needed it! I cannot wait to receive my first order! I'll recommend PatPat to all my Mommy friends!
I've called 2xs eachtime I get a "it's on it's way. Were monitoring these orders. " this is not helping at all. I asked for a refund "the items have left our facility you'll have to return them. I should be able to get the redund and keep the items for the inconvenience. At this point I dont even want my items.
I bought some items on April 8, the order said was delivery between May 26-29, but I have not received anything yet. The packet is in California but I live in Colorado and they not answer for that problem.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. It's so disgusting and misleading the number of similar shipping, communication and quality issues they should be reported to BBB. I've been waiting 8 weeks for something scheduled to be delivered within two. Them using COVID as their excuse for shipping issues that have been pre-exist is again DISGUSTING. Do not get your debit /credit card tied up with these people.

I ordered from this company because the items looks really cute and the prices seem really good. However, 3 weeks into waiting for my order I still did not know what was happening with my order. There is a pandemic in the world, so I understand the late shipping, but the website told me that I should have gotten my order a week prior. I inquired about it asking if they are able to send it in time for the shower I was going to be sending the gift to and if not, is there a possibility of cancelling. They replied as if I asked to get a refund and they said they can try to process it but because its already in processing (has been for 3.5 weeks) its not likely. I replied saying that I didnt WANT a refund, I wanted to know when the item was going to be shipped and asked if it was possible (a simple yes, would you like me to proceed? Or no). The person who replied sent excuses such as "shipping and removing is physically impossible." which showed poor customer service. I was pretty disappointed with this company.

This was my first time ordering their stuff look really cute. However I placed an ordered in April and still nothing if been emailing customer service with no reply at all. Worst service. I ordered on 4/2. It says it arrived to Fremont, CA on 4/28. It came from China which I also didn't know because it said the company was based in US. but then it sat in Fremont until 5/22 with no movement. It didn't show anymore movement until I emailed them multiple times. Finally today 5/28 I just received it and I live in San Diego. Some of the outfits are extremely scratchy stiff material. And some outfits seem way too big when the tag says it's for a 9mos old. My assumption that the good reviews for this company are fakes

I received a shipping notification on April 27 for my package. It is now May 28, and there has not been any shipment updates. I have contacted customer service twice and received a generic answer that my package is on its way. I do not recommend this company, and the customer service is nonexistent.

Ordered April 20. Claims "order will arrive in 5-9 business days after it's shipped." Order allegedly departed May 17,2020 at 5:15 pm. The shipping partner is STILL awaiting item as of May 28.

It has been greater than 60 days since I ordered and I am still waiting for delivery! Since I have reached out to customer service quite a few times and yet still no response. I fear by the time I get my product it will no longer fit my child. This is not ok! The items have not even shipped yet and I am unable to even get ahold of anyone to just get a refund of my money.

I ordered almost 200 euros worth of stuff from Pat Pat and I still haven`t received my order. On the system it says that the order is still in proceed. I am really disappointed. I have written to them on many occasions, all they do is apologize and give a voucher to spent on their company. But, that is not the solution, I want them to ship my stuff promptly. I am really annoyed.

I wish I could give negative star. I placed an order in mid of April and my order is still somewhere in delivery. I hate it. My daughter outgrown the sizes because I bought some of them for our occasion. I hope after waiting that long I find the quality reasonable

I place my order in May 7th... in May 13th I received and email from them letting me know that they are making my package and the DELIVERY time will be no more than May 23. Saldly, in May 21th I received another mail, this time they claim that they are sorry for the delay and send me a $10off cupon (like this will compensate my waiting and the money already spent)... Unfortunately this package was supposed to be a GIFT for an unborn baby boy, who, in this big waiting already born... So disappointed
