Ordered a month ago. Still no package. Tracking page is vague and gives no destination. By them time my order gets here (IF IT DOES) my son will no longer be in the size I ordered. Never ordering from here again.
I ordered 14 items for my great granddaughter on April 14th. I still have not received my order, or a reply from 5-6 emails I've written via website and messenger, other then a computer generated response giving me a case number saying someone is on my case and will be in touch. I've been waiting over a month for a response. The shipping info hasn't been updated in over a week, not that it makes any sense anyway, since it shows it shipped over a month ago, but usps is still waiting. I Have been very patient due to covid, but now I'm just totally frustrated and want a full refund. A baby grows quite a bit in 2 months, so if I was to ever receive, it most likely won't fit. I had ordered 1 time before and was very satisfied, and have recommended to others. But this is by far the worst experience and company I have ever dealt with, that you cannot even just reply to your customers. You just send out generic messages, and blame on covid. I would like your customer service to reach out to me regarding my orders, since I have not had any communication from all the emails and messages I've sent.

I order over six weeks ago. Still no delivery. I realize delivery we be slower with Covid 19 but I have received all my other packages in a timely matter. They should say order a size bigger because delivery takes so long. I will never order from Oat Pat again! So disappointed in this company.
I received my package yesterday. Delivery was in reasonable time, even with covid19. Very happy. Was a little issue, but got same day response to sort it out. Very satisfied about the clothes. Good quality for cheap price. And good service from patpat. Will definitely order again! Very satisfied!
I ordered the first week of may! It's currently June 4th. My birthday is tomorrow and planned to match swim suits with my 3 daughters and husband. Thats not happening! I also recieved emails quoting 35$ free shipping but their sure advertised 45$ free shipping. They also advertise 10% off for signing up via email. That's a lie. When I would try to track my order it's in chinese. I emailed customer service. They asked for screenshots aswell as me leaving good reviews on 3 different websites just to get my shipping refunded for their false advertisement. I was told to clear my cookies for the chinese website problem. Completely disgusted with this customer service and the horrible wait time on the shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ITS A WASTE OF TIME! Their clothes come from china but they claim to be an American website. Cant tell you the quality if it's bad or not because my order has not arrived yet.

I placed an order on 4/18/20and it is now 6/4/20 and I still haven't received my order. A month after the order, the company asked me if I would rather have a refund or wait for the order, I opted for the refund. Then 10 days after that the company tells me they can't refund my money because the order just shipped out. Not sure why they didn't refund my money in that 10 days and I tracked my order and it was still sitting at their warehouse. I don't even want the product anymore, I just want my money refunded. The company will no longer respond to my emails. It has now been 13 days since the order supposedly sent out and still no order. Horrible company with horrible shipping time. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company. The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because there's no option for 0.

I waited more than I expected to get what I ordered for a 3months old. Received closes made for an infant 1 year. Worst fabric quality too. Please stop scamming people out of their little money.

Just received my first pat pat delivery and couldn't be happier. Quality and price were excellent. Items look exactly like what you see on the site. My only issue was with the time it took for my items to arrive. With the current covid situation I knew I would be waiting a little longer than normal but I sent an email to them with concern. Kristian C dealt with my request swiftly and professionally and was satisfied with his response.
Order placed on 28/04 from Ireland, they said it will be delivered between 05/05 and 14/05 and I'm still waiting. Whenever I've checked tracking it was saying "processing". Things changed on 27/05 when I checked where is my parcel. I couldn't believe what I'm seeing..."Arrived at Sort Facility Shenzhen China". Send them 3 emails that I want to cancel my order due long delivery time. They came back to me they can't cancel the order because it's on it way. Explained them my family is flying away on 08/06(flight itinerary attached) and simply I won't be able to collect the parcel. As a respond I got the same generic email stating...
"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you.
Since the order is already shipped we are unable to do cancellation/refund.
We highly suggest to communicate with us once you receive the parcel for return processing.
We do hope you understand the process we have to go through.

It looks like Customer Service not reading emails or they just simply don't understand them.
Also it would be nice if PatPat.uk would let me know they shipping their goods from China!

I made an order first week of May 2020 and still haven't received it. They sent me a tracking number which is useless and does NOT change. I emailed them in 3rd week of May to find out what the hold up is and i received 1 email with the same tracking number and nothing else. I've tried to contact them SEVERAL times sense then and NO response... Considering the items I order were in the US I thought it would be a timely turnaround As far as I'm concerned they are a scam and I do NOT recommend ordering anything from them... I had placed my order in early April, now I know that with this pandemic going on that delays are expected but after two months have past I was getting a little weary... Keep in mind I've been checking the tracking every second day or so because it's been taking so long, and today when I checked it it had said been delivered in Quebec. I live in Nova Scotia and I double checked all my email addresses and order confirmation and everything was correct so I'm confused and disappointed as to why my package got delivered in Quebec and not my place and I can't get a hold of anyone to receive it. Completely disappointed and most likely will not be ordering from here again as I wasted money on clothes that got delivered to someone else's door.

Want to make a purchase and never get an invoice, confirmation or receipt? Buy here. Want to wait months for your order (if you get it at all)? Shop here. If you want your money immediately taken out and then told 3 days later, because I emailed them inquiring, (still with no invoice or receipt) that it's too late to cancel, please waste your money here. I just gave this company $65 I'll never see back and I'll never get the product. I have, however been offered %20 off a future purchase and spam emailed to death, so thanks, I guess. I placed an order on May 1,2020, one month later and still no delivery. The delivery updates that are sent every 5 days are ridiculous. It's just a date on a chart with no explanation of where the package is. The USPS tracking still says the USPS has not received the package. My recommendation: Order elsewhere.

I ordered once before with this company before this pandemic and it took 2 weeks from the time I placed the other for to be delivered. My second order was placed in April and it was being processed for a long time and by the time I finally got someone to tell it was because one item was out of stock I was already frustrated and ready to give up. But gave them the benefit of the doubt and told them to cancel that one item and process the rest, they were so fast and eager to do that. Then again it took 2 weeks for them to finally ship my stuff, that was on 5/13/2020, the USPS tracking is a joke, it has not moved since 5/13 and today is 6/01/2020, I understand there are delayes due to the pandemic but NO OTHER web site has had an 2 month delay. I am starting to believe this company used this time to get people's money and we will not see our items, eventually they will shut the site down and call it a day!

I ordered back on 4/23. My package has an USPS tracking number but USPS has not received the package. My husband works for USPS and confirmed that they don't have the package. The answers they give are copy and pasted for every customer. They're trying to blame Covid 19 on the delay which is BS since every other order I've placed from every other company has taken 14 days total to be delivered not weeks. I WILL NEVER order from Pat Pat again. The positive reviews are probably from themself.
