I ordered 6 outfits for my grandchild on May 9th. Received an email on May 19th, 10 days later, that one item is no longer available and I would be refunded for that item. Received an email May 22nd that my order shipped... took two weeks to ship? Now all i get when i click on the tracking link is a timeline with a date every few days with no updated info as to where exactly my order is and a message at the top stating that "we are trying our best to transport the package for you. Please keep patient and we truly appreciate your understanding."
I have received packages from shady China sites faster. I need these items for a birthday party in a week and a half. Wonder if i'll even get this. I am giving one star assuming i may receive these items on time to give as intended for this birthday. Otherwise, i woudl give zero stars.
I hope to warn others not to be conned by cute baby clothes. I ordered 3-6 month clothes in early April. The shipping was 5-9 days. It's now mid June and I tried to cancel four times as the baby grows And the season changes. Every time I contacted them they told me my items shipped. Mid April, late April, early May, mid May and late May and as recently as yesterday. I have never had such poor customer service and of course no one answers the phone or returns phone messages. I just cancelled payment, but cannot rate this Experience worse. The images of the clothes are precious but they probably would not Have come until my grandchild starts high school.

I ordered 6 weeks ago, and the items are still awaiting shipping in California. I doubt that they really come from the US, this seems to be a Chinese dropshipper. They keep updating the tracking every few weeks, but USPS is still awaiting the order and it just moved once with their "shipping partner."

I ordered 0-3 month clothes for my granddaughter. When nothing arrived, I began trying to contact PatPat. They did not respond until I posted negative reviews. They asked me to remove my review, and they said they had part of my order. I asked them to ship it; they didn't. Then they issued a nonfunctional tracking number. I questioned that, and they blamed the pandemic. Yet, other sites have successfully made deliveries (Carter's, Boden, Hannah Anderson). Still, nothing has arrived. The current excuse is that the package has not reached a UPS site. I asked for a refund, and they have not responded. It has been over 2 MONTHS since I ordered. If the clothes ever arrive, they will no longer fit. If you post negative reviews on Facebook to save others from this experience, they remove your comments.

2 months have gone by since I paid and ordered my products, all I get is that there on the way, I've asked 15x thru email I get a full refund as these items are no longer going to fit by the time we get them. I get no where with PatPat! I think it's a scam and they will steal your $$$.

I ordered matching swim suits for myself and daughter. Apparently I clicked the wrong suit type for her and they wouldn't allow an equal exchange. My 2 piece fit fine, but the stitching along the bust area made it look like my nipples were constantly poking out. I won't wear this suit and I can't exchange it. What a waste of money.

Ordered from this site over a month ago and not Recieved my parcel, emailed customer service for someone just to keep telling me it states delivered when this has not been the case and they refuse to sort it out for me, rip of company and I wish I knew before spending my money

Company gives you a delivery date. Summer stuff ordered the first of May and possibly, maybe, could be, might be it will arrive before September. Customer service is a complete joke. They give a tracking number on their site and then when you contact the USPS that tracking number is invalid. Customer service rep asks me why I used contacted the USPS when they did not tell me to. My answer: you put the tracking number right on my account. Why would I not contact them? Come to find that my order has been sitting in Calif. For over 22 days and has not moved and was NOT delivered to the USPS so they just made up the tracking number. No clue when I will get the outfits for my grandchildren. When I asked if they would come when summer was over she just kept saying they were running behind. What a JOKE this company is.

So they sent my stuff to my billing address, which wouldn't be to bad if I lived there. So it was sent back to sender. We contacted them they let us know what happened we updated our address and it on it's way to us, well all my items were sent to my billing address right. Now it seems they took out two of my items and had to cancel them as of two days ago... which irritates me because that means they decided the items that would already be in my possession if they mailed it to the correct address were just taken from me for what ever reason they deemed necessary. I get refunded the amount but now my mommy and me outfits are going to be missing that pizazz.

After placing my order and then reading reviews on facebook i was very wary after hearing people waiting 2months so i emailed pat pat and from then i was reassured it took a couple of weeks to receive my package and all is perfect i'm so happy with my delivery i'm from the uk- the clothes looked exactly like the pictures- all fresh in the cute little ziplock bags. There was a bit of a mix up with my second package being returned however customer service a lady called claire D couldn't of been more helpful getting it sent back out to me and keeping me updated along the way- so i am still waiting for that one but i WILL order from them again- the clothes are reasonable price and good quality i'm really impressed.
I places my order on April 28th. There have not been shipping updates since May 14th. I understand Covid 19 has delayed shipping. I've been online shopping with several other companies and this is the first one I have had this issue with. This is my first and last time dealing with this company. It's a shame because I had a lot of other things I planned to order if all went well. Hopefully my maternity clothes come before I have the baby.

I ordered these cute dresses and i didnt realize they were coming from China. Ive had bad experience with a company called shehug. But when i received my package i was totally surprised and impressed. It kind of looked like homemade clothing but super cute and nice material. I would order again.

I ordered something in APRIL and now its JUNE 5th. The tracking disappeared and I've message the customer service multiple times no response. NONE. Plus this lame excuse of a business doesn't have a customer service number to call. This business is trash don't waste your time with them like I regretfully did. NOT WORTH IT
