I had some issues with sizing and fabric on some items from my order. BELLE was very helpful and resolved my issues more than satisfactorily in just one phone call! I highly recommend patpat.com for infant and children's clothing.
The products are hit or miss- I've gotten some great items and some that are sizes way off. The customer service is always top notch though and very quick to respond! Jimmy was attentive and made sure any issues I had were resolved quickly.
We dealt with Lexx when needing to handle a return for a damaged item. It only took four emails (complaint, response requesting pictures, sending pictures and response of refund info) and a few pictures to have the matter handled.
You'll find some great deals on here, and they've got something for everyone. If you do have an issue their customer service is very helpful.
So. I went just a little crazy buying all of these adorable outfits for my newborn granddaughter. I then started reading about PatPat being a scam, I was tripping! I was constantly updated on my shipment (came in after a month because of Covid) My order came in and the outfits are adorable! Not one disappointment other than no sizes on the clothes. I will definitely be a repeat customer!. Sorry, I was to excited to think about taking photos, but I will next time!
I ordered a few items and have been super satisfied with their swimsuits and clothing. I had concern about one item but Ryan addressed it right away. Plus the shipping was so quick!

Having staying home not going shopping much, it do me a great deal to shop on line specialty from patpat, makes it so much easy been a grandmother, getting alot of clothing for my grand daughters and grandsons. I ordered my items 05/01/2020, I have not received anything. I have reached out to customer service and no one has said anything. I am disappointed because I feel like I have been scammed or something. The tracking number days "thanks for being patient while we get the package to you". At this point my patience is shot and shipping is not that bad anymore. At least let me know where my stuff is.

Very disappointed. I would have rated it negative stars given an option. I had ordered some maternity clothes over a month ago and still they do not have an estimate of the delivery date. This is ridiculous and absolutely annoying. I ended up buying from other stores and decided to return them back. Tracking information shows it is in California right from the ship date(except that it moved from shipping partner Fremont to Los Angeles in 1 full month duration). Actually I understand from the CS that the items are always internationally shipped and due to COVID there is a delay. They never mentioned anywhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME!

Do not buy from this company! An update to my review below is that Pat Pat customer service is awful! They have been giving me the run around since I contacted them. They offered me a 25% refund, then none, then a 50% refund, then a 30% voucher. They kept changing the deal every time I tried to confirm information before agreeing to a settlement. They obviously have several people working one account, and they don't even read the previous emails. On top of that, many of the replies don't even make sense; the sentences literally don't make any sense.
Previous review: Do not buy from this company! The positive reviews seem fake; they can't even put a sentence together correctly. I am still waiting for my order 2 months later. I have not heard back from customer service, and the "tracking" they provided doesn't even provide information... It says USPS is still awaiting the item. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and consult my lawyer!

I received my "mommy and me" dresses today. Although it was a bit of a wait due to covid19. Overall i got EXACTLY what i ordered and the correct sizes too. Great quality and both dresses are absolutely adorable. I will definitely be spending more money with them.
My order was supposedly shipped 5/28. However, It is 6/13 and no package. Don't even bother sending emails, they will not respond. Ridiculous. Will never order again and will not recommend.

Thieves & liars. I purchased 3 items in March. 1 of the items was out of stock. I was notified AFTER I paid. PP refused to ship the other 2 items W/O the 3rd. April: I contact them explaining I never got my items & I want a refund. They said "sorry we just shipped it." I waited. WE ARE IN JUNE: still no items. I emailed 3 times asking for a refund. "We are so sorry for inconvenience. When you receive it, will send you return & refund instruct." Dont waste your $. They Thieves & liars. PATHETIC CRIMINALS

It's not easy to find nursing clothes that aren't maternity clothes but Patpat have a great selection. Delighted I found this website and I'm really happy with my purchases. Really nice clothes and good value. I made an error in my order and had to get in touch with the customer care team. I got a prompt reply from Rindelle and the issue was resolved very quickly. Good to know that there is a good team behind a good brand. Recommend Patpat to other mums.
I have ordered outfits for my grandbaby to wear for the summer... 2 MONTHS AGO! I have still not received my order. They told me it would be here in april and its now June. If I ever get it I'll have to send it back due to her already wearing bigger size. They refuse to cancel my order and/or refund my money and I can't get a tracking number. Their site has said it's in California for well over a month now. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Ordered clothing from them back in March and April and STILL waiting to receive them... by the time I get them, my daughter will probably be to big for them. Reached out to customer service and they were no help! Ill never order from them again.
