Susie B was quick to respond to my emails regarding the issues with my order.
She is sending a replacement for the item that had a malfunction and providing me with a Voucher for the incorrect item to use within the next 3 months since they didn't have the correct size I needed.
I don't have to send the incorrect items I received back which is nice since shipping is a hassle.
Overall a great experience. I will definitely be ordering from Pat Pat again.

Really happy with the products. Great collection specially for kids. All items received were as per description and pictures on website. Did had wrong size ordered for footwear but customer support is amazing. Rindelle assisted us with everything and the experience was 100% satisfactory.
